This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 baths en suite) beachside apartment on the first floor with lift, situated between San Pedro and Estepona and only 7 kms from Puerto Banus. The apartment benefits from air conditioning, large sea facing terrace overlooking landscaped gardens, with lovely swimming pool, children's pool lit at night and a gymnasium . The beach is approx. 100 metres away with a several local beach bars and restaurants.
Las Terazas de Costalita in the Cancelada area is situated on a wide stretch of golden sand with water sports, horse riding school and popular beach bar/restaurant with live entertainment on Sunday afternoons. Just outside the complex is a newly built promenade where one can take a leisurely walk. Various local restaurants are within easy reach. To sit and watch the world go by Puerto Banus is approx.7 km away. The beautiful mountain village of Benhavis is approx. 10 minutes drive. Supermarkets and commercial centre are also close by.

May I take this opportunity to compliment the cleanliness of the apartment and the introduction by Nicky on access to the block and use of the facilities, she was first class. Nicky had the apartment gleaming and was a fountain of knowledge, I would be doing her a disservice if I didn’t mention this. We have experienced holiday homes which were nowhere close to your own in terms of facilities, cleanliness and friendly introduction I would definitely recommend the apartment to all my friends and would/will use it again in the future. Please also let Andy (from Blackpool) know we were asking for him and he mentioned you a few times, he’s a character and also a good supplier of where to go and what to do. Again Eunice, we had a great holiday and thanks to you a great place to stay

Eunice Sorry I've taken so long to write to you, but I was thrown into work the day after I got back and its been all go ever since. We all had a great time in your apartment; we have been to villas and rental accomodation for many years and it is one of the best we have ever stayed it. Hi Eunice, Greetings from Finland. We came back last night from Malaga. Your apartment in Costalita was 5 star . We loved it. Apartment was clean and everything worked well. Paul met us on arrival and helped us during our stay there. When travelling with 4 teenagers it is really luxury to have three bathrooms :) Thank you. Sami ,Marja,Laura,Joni,Valtteri and Maiju

About the owner: We are Eunice and David Conway and have been married for 32 years. We own our own Estate Agency in the United Kingdom and we are both involved in the running of it. The business has been established for 21 years. We have 2 grown up children, a beautiful little grandaughter and another grandchild due next month. Our happiest times are when our kids come to the apartment with us, seeing our 3 year old grandaughter enjoy the swimming pool and the beach is a real joy.
