Experience a beautiful summer vacation in a lovely home...up north...on the lake. Our home was originally built in the 1930s. It was completely restored and renovated in the 1990s. It is a simple white cottage with a green roof on the outside...and a beautiful cedar home with hardwood floors on the inside.
2400 square footage includes four bedrooms (master bedroom with queen-size bed, guest bedroom with queen-size Murphy Bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a bedroom with twin trundles). Fold out coaches are located on the porch and in the family room.
Two full baths, along with a spacious great room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large Amish wood table that seats eight comfortably, and seperate areas for TV, quiet reading, and entertaining offer lounging for all interests.
Our home sits on 150 feet of Crooked Lake waterfront. We are walking distance to the village of Conway, five miles north of Petoskey and five mile SE of Harbor Springs. We have a spacious, open front yard (that is lake side!) and a 65' x 43' full basketball court in our back yard (that's road side!). The road our house sits on wraps one mile around Crooked Lake and is a lovely walk.

- Lakefront: Exellent swimming in Crooked Lake. Grass goes right down to the lake. Dock area of lake features a 'soft sandy' bottom and swimming raft is anchored about 25 feet from the dock in 6-8 feet of water.
- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Travel by boat from our house all the way up the Inland Waterway. (Crooked Lake, Crooked River, Burt Lake, Indian River, Mullette Lake, Cheboygan River and out into Lake Huron).

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
2009 Summer Rates are $2700/week.
Weekly rental of our home is available only in June, July and August.
One week runs from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time on the 1st Saturday of your week is 4:00 pm.
Check out time on the 2nd Saturday of your week in 11:00 am.
We do book parties for more than one week (if back to back weeks are available).
