Experience a beautiful summer vacation in a lovely home...up north...on the lake. Our home was originally built in the 1930s. It was completely restored and renovated in the 1990s. It is a simple white cottage with a green roof on the outside...and a beautiful cedar home with hardwood floors on the inside.
2400 square footage includes four bedrooms (master bedroom with queen-size bed, guest bedroom with queen-size Murphy Bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a bedroom with twin trundles). Fold out coaches are located on the porch and in the family room.
Two full baths, along with a spacious great room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large Amish wood table that seats eight comfortably, and seperate areas for TV, quiet reading, and entertaining offer lounging for all interests.
Our home sits on 150 feet of Crooked Lake waterfront. We are walking distance to the village of Conway, five miles north of Petoskey and five mile SE of Harbor Springs. We have a spacious, open front yard (that is lake side!) and a 65' x 43' full basketball court in our back yard (that's road side!). The road our house sits on wraps one mile around Crooked Lake and is a lovely walk.
