  My family and I had a wonderful time. The unit is very clean and large. The community was quiet and the soundproofing between units is perfect. it's very closely to restaurants and major big box stores (Walmart, etc.) so we were never far away from the necessities. The owner and her staff respond to emails at a lightening quick speed, which I definitely appreciated. The staff on location are happy to help and are quick to respond to inquiries. I would definitely recommend this unit to family or friends

  The owner of the property is very nice and you always would get the quick response from her. The Price is GREAT. we did the research and comparison it was one of the best price. The Unit itself it very nice and clean. Kids was very impressed with bedding sets and LOVE them. If you plan to cook in the house most of the time you might be very limited by the utensils. The house has the minimal necessary .Folks, spoon,plates, caps etc.. But it was 9 of us and it wasn't the big pot to cook for all of us. Also we had problems with knives some of them was need to be sharpened. Another thing what we cannot make to work is Ice maker in the refrigerator. It wasn't that hot outside so we gave up :). The Community I would say has a lot of people living there and in the evening not always we was able to park right in front of the house. But we parked next to another one close to this house. The great feature of that house is INTERNET!!! we were able to check emails and play game on the Computer. I would recommend this house to my friends who want to go to Disney or other vacation in Florida.

  Just to start with we would like to express our appreciation to Vacation Mom for being very caring, friendly and helpful. For her consideration and quick response in oder to meet the demands of the tenants ( the iron was delivered right away). Staying in Cortile Club villa for a week was a joyful experience for our family. We enjoyed the location which was very close to all theme parks as well as to the restaurants and shopping malls. The gated community was nice, quiet and safe. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipted, so we enjoyed self-catering a lot, which gave a feeling of a "real home". Several bathrooms were one more advantage of the villa. The kids were impressed by "princess" and "toys srtory" bedrooms and by no means by Minnie and Mickey awaiting them. It was cool to have have a tennis court, pool, jacuzzi and children playgroung nearby. Everything was so cute that the kids were ready to "sacrifice" Disney for staying home. For the above reasons I would have no doubts for recommending this property for anyone comming to Orlando. Why should you stay in a cramped hotel room if you can enjoy a real home for a lower price (keeping in mind that there's enough space for two families with the kids). We'd really love to come back. Thanks a lot.

  Well, everything was ok. The house was very nice,all items in description were available and in good condition.The only thing that we weren`t able to use was the internet wireless in the unit. I didn`t get the code. I could only used the wired connection. All the rest was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable,quiet, I do recommend for anyone else who wants to spent vacations at Orlando!!! Go and enjoy!! Happy New Year!!!Thanks!!!

  Owner response: CHRISTINE, I am sorry to hear that you were unable to use WIFI which is available in all our vacaiton homes. The code was provided on the check in sheet. If the code doesn't work or misplaced, feel free to call the house keeper or the host or the service provider. We would have sent some one or debug over the phone to help you with connection. If you don't have a phone, use the house phone to call. Unlimited calling US, Canada free of charge. You come to Disney for a magic vacation, I want every day of your vacation perfect.   First of all I want to say thank you to Vacation Mom. I highly recommend her as a host. She was very communicative, attentive and professional. The place is so nice and quite nest. You get exactly what you see at the photographs. Theme parks, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Cleanliness 5 points Amenities 5 points I think it's great place to stay for families ( 3 and more people) Highly recommend this place!

  The best host/house combination I have ever experienced Excellent service by host and housekeeper; the host is a very kind, caring and helpful person who answers emails promptly and gives a lot of helpful tips, even if you request something not related to the villa. She is constantly looking for ways to improve the comfort and experience of the guests by upgrading the equipment/furniture of the house. She was also very flexible on our check-in/out date. The housekeeper is also very friendly and helpful. About the house: surely a villa; nice, quiet and safe gated community. Very fast checking in and out by yourself.Lot of space, I liked the thick carpet & 'no shoes' rule (to help it stay clean) so my kids could play on it safely without getting their clothes dirty.Parking just in front of the villa and free high-speed wireless internet. Fully equipped and clean/hygienic kitchen and utensils. This villa is conveniently located right at the entrance. The on-site amenities were nice and clean, the kids enjoyed the pool and the playground which are a few steps away from the villa. We extended our stay due to the comfort of the place and kindness of host.Please do not think twice if you'd like to rent this! It's worth more than the money: to experience it, feel like being home while far away from home. We did not mind getting back from the attraction parks, in fact the kids asked everyday to go 'home'! The kids enjoyed the Tv's/DVD/Cable TV and the huge bathtub everyday. I will be back next year without doubt! In my experience I left the villa as a friend (from the host), not as a 'renter'...

  Me and my family had a great stay here. It made our vacation very smooth and enjoyable. Kids loved the place, didn't want to return to california (who wants to go back to school?). Anyway, I am all happy for selecting this place for our stay. Owner was very accommodative of our requests during stay.

  We just returned from our vacation in Orlando. The home was GREAT! There was plenty of room, towels and beds. There were flat screens in the living room and bedrooms. The master suite has huge and the mattress slept very comfortably. We did not have any issues with the home, appliances, fixtures, accessories, etc., everything was perfect! There is information in the home on activities in Orlando and a renter's guide on the home - that was a nice touch. Lovely home - we will be back!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Excellent (full stars) I always advise travelers to first select the best stay in order to enjoy the vacation. I did ... I selected the best place in orlando ! spacious clean and professional ONLINE » owner who did stand for all my queries even not related to her house! You will notice the profesional stay in the moment you checkin I followed security codes - previously sent to me by mail - and entered my unit after midnight without any assistance !!! that is professional. the gated community as well gave me confidence and safe stay. You have amenities that you dream of. thanks karen for all, i really enjoyed my stay.

  We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights with our 3 kids - 2, 7, 11, from Aug. 28 to Sept. 1st. The apartment was exactly as we expected it to be plus we found it to be very nice and spacious. The towels were set up nicer than a hotel would set them up. The master bedroom area is fantastic. Vacation moms sent us all of the details we needed immediately after we paid and was there for us on the phone when we needed answers. The pool is fantastic - well kept and very clean, with a jacuzzi, sunbeds and very clean restrooms. We had it almost all to ourselves. We needed an iron and the on-site crew brought it to the apartment quickly. We got back our deposit Two days after we checked out. We find vacation moms to be highly reliable and serious. I could write more, but only good things. Thank you vacation moms for the pleasant apartment and service. We will definitely come back if we visit Orlando in the future.

+ How to secure your booking?
You can pay $200 right away to secure the dates and package price. Once deposit is received, the unit will be reserved for you and package price confirmed. Without confirmation, our availability and price are subject to change without further notice. Then you can send in the package fee between now and 2 weeks before check in. Once both payments are received, we generate a code for you to open the door. If the package fee is not received in full 14 days prior to check in, your booking will be cancelled automatically . We will open up this unit for rental again and keep your deposit for booking loss. You won't forget paying the fee as we will send reminders every day approaching the deadline. Believe me, we would rather you have a magic vacation and tell your friends about us than keeping the deposit.

Full refund within 48 hours after check out if no damage foundCancellation policy: Partial refund up until 2 weeks prior to arrival, except fees
* 1 week graceful period: 200 Deposit is fully refundable within 7 days from date this deposit is received
* After the graceful period and 2 weeks before the check in date, rental package fee will be refunded but you will lose the 200 deposit as booking compensation.
* 2 weeks before check in date, if rental package is not paid in full. This booking is automatically cancelled.
* If you do not show up upon check in or decide to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
