Welcome to Coquina Harbor located 2 minutes from North Myrtle Beach in Little River, South Carolina. This beautiful, second floor, end unit in Harbour Front Villas overlooks a picturesque marina set on the northern end of the Grand Strand Intercoastal Waterway.
Spacious, bright, & very new, our three bedroom condo offers two full baths, fully-applianced kitchen, full size washer and dryer in the unit and elevator for easy access. Master bedroom has king size bed, private bath, and beautiful views of the marina. Second bedroom has queen size bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. A portable crib is also available. Our unit offers over 1450 square feet of living space for a comfortable stay.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, 3 TV's, a VCR, and a DVD player. Relax in the screen porch while you enjoy the sunsets and beautiful views of the marina or take a stroll along the harbor boardwalk to the intercoastal waterway and the Coquina Harbor Light House. Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Lounge Chairs were updated in 2006. Peaceful location yet close to everything.
Only a short drive to beautiful Cherry Grove Beach with ample public parking, local shops and great restaurants. North Myrtle Beach is 2 miles south of our location where you can enjoy all the activities, restaurants, shopping and fun that Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand have to offer including Miniture Golf, Theaters, Water Park, Outlet Shopping and the New Hard Rock Theme Park. It is a great family vacation spot.
Little River is also home to many beautiful golf courses including River Hills Golf & Country Club, Cypress Bay & Eagle Nest. Great golfing is nearby at Thistle, Tidewater, Heather Glenn, Glen Dornoch, & Possom Trott. Myrtle Beach is a premier golf location.

Why the Owner Chose Other North Myrtle Beach Properties
The Little River area is conveniently located just north of Myrtle Beach with easy access off Routes 17 and 9. We are just minutes to Cherry Grove beaches and we have less traffic than the busy high rise area. One of our favorite things is to relax in the screen porch at night overlooking the marina and the Lighthouse.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While enjoying the views of the marina from the screen porch can be very relaxing, you have to head out and stroll along the boardwalk to the intercoastal waterway. We have found that the local restaurants are very good with less crowds and reasonable prices.

My wife and I have always enjoyed vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area. Although we live on the ocean in coastal Massachusetts we found that the climate in South Carolina was much more enjoyable year round. We searched the area for months and fell in love with the beautiful marina inlet at Coquina Harbour. We consider this to be our second home, not just a vacation rental and have added those comfortable touches to make everyones stay as enjoyable as possible.
