Located in gorgeous, rugged, Canaan Valley, West Virginia. About 10 minutes to Blackwater Falls. Abundant hiking and mountain biking for all levels in local state parks, National Wildlife Refuge and wild Monogahela National Park. Canoeing and kayaking in nearby rivers. Golfing 5 minutes away at Canaan Valley Resort. (Deers abundant around the course.)

Within 1/2 hour of world-class rock climbing at Seneca Rocks. Horseback riding with beautiful views just 5 minutes away. Listen to live music at the Purple Fiddle in the historic town of Thomas, go antiquing, and anything else you like to do in the great outdoors. Washington DC Chef installed at restaurant in historic Davis.

Three and a half to four hours from Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore areas. Two and a half hours from the Pittsburgh area.

Suitability
- Pet Friendly: Ask about bringing dogs - extra fee. NO CATS ALLOWED.
- Handicapped Accessible: All needs are on first/main level of house - however, must be able to get up 3 steps in front of house. Also, all door openings and counters are "standard" and not modified.
- Kid Friendly: Home has rec room. High chair available soon. Also have fancy play indian tent for the kids.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Person renting must be at least 25 years old unless special permission obtained.
