Come share and enjoy our beautiful 3BR/3BA beachfront condominium with us in Orange Beach. This gorgeous 1,525 square foot condo was remodeled, re-carpeted, and re-painted in 2011 and provides great gulf and beachfront views. Whether it's fishing from the only private pier in the area, sunning at the beach, swimming in one of our 2 pools (indoor/outdoor), enjoying the beautiful views from our balcony, or simply relaxing in the comforts of our condo, we know you are going to have a wonderful time.
MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH
Our sleep accommodations are second to none. The master suite has a king Sleep Number bed with luxurious sheeting and bedding. The large bath has a jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower. Don't forget about the walk-in closet either. Also enjoy the great view of the gulf from your bed through large sliding glass doors or step out onto the large balcony from your room.
GUEST BEDROOM AND BATH
The second suite also features a king bed with sheeting and bedding. This bedroom has private access to its own full bath. The balcony can also be accessed through large sliding glass doors that provide views of the city of Orange Beach. (TVs in both bedrooms.)

The third bedroom has a full size bed and was designed with the children in mind. They'll love having their own 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. A great area for those rainy days! The third full bathroom is adjacent.
LIVING/DINING
The living area is fully equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, and 42 inch HDTV with HD-DVD. Beautiful sitting chairs accent the area and provide ample seating for watching movies. The dining area is simple but elegant with dining for four and extra barstools at the bar.
KITCHEN
For those of you wanting to cook. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, new Corian countertops, new cabinetry, and all the extras you'll need for a beach vacation. The extras include a blender, toaster, pots, pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.
The Four Seasons has an indoor pool and great outdoor pool with sunbathing area. For those of you looking to break a sweat, a fitness center and sauna are available. The 702 foot long pier is the only private pier in the area used to catch fish such as king mackeral, cobia, and redfish. The pier can be enjoyed not only by the fisherman but also by those taking an evening stroll or enjoying a picnic.

May 14, 2010---We had a wonderful time last week at your Four Seasons Condo. It was a lovely Condo, nice and quiet and the weather was warm and beautiful.The pier was an added surpirse bonus. We caught three- five to six lb Red Fish on our last day fishing from the condo pier. We came home to 45 degree weather-we are missing your sunshine already.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

We love your condo on Orange Beach. We stayed the last week of June 09'. This is the fourth time we have stayed in this condo and we love it. We have some precious memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. We are so thankful to you for sharing your beach home with us. We are so blessed to be able to enjoy one of the many beauties that the Lord has provided, there is nothing like the beach.
