Every last detail was perfect at M.G. Steve and Robin thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, even a scale. View was great. I felt that if I had any problem, which I didn't, Steve and Robin would have been there for us. Great size for Myself, husband, and 12year old. Great stay!

My wife and I just got back from a week at Mahogany Getaway and all the other comments are true. Its a great place to stay. The views are great and its probably better equipped than your home. The location is beautiful and safe, and convenient to get anywhere on the island with a rental car. Robin and Steve make it very easy and supplied all the info we could use, and yes, the upstairs neighbors are wonderful too. We will return.

The top ten reasons to stay at Mahogany Getaway: 10. Marc and Diane, the upstairs neighbors; 9. Internet access (sometimes hard to find on the island); 8. Clear cell signal (see above); 7. It is the best equipped vacation home I've ever stayed at (and I've been at enough to know!); 6. The view (see the listing for the photos). Nothing's better than seeing BVI off the deck; 5. A kitchen that has nicer appliances than my home; 4. A home decorated with true island style; 3. Cost (you'll have to look hard to find a hotel/resort that will offer the ability to live the island life); 2. Safety; and 1. Steve and Robin. They are professional and a class act. They made our stay easy from the minute we made our reservation. We always stay somewhere different on St. Thomas but with the Mahogany Getaway, we have our (rental) home away from home!

Steve & Robin, We just got back, and we can't wait to come back! Your place is really magnificent. The view and location are the best on the island. The condo was equipped with everything we needed from all the kitchen supplies to the beach chairs and umbrella, coolers and binoculars and snorkel equipment. The condo was immaculate when we arrived, and the viking stove and barbq grill were tremendous. We have stayed on the island many times, and Mahogany Getaway is the best place by far. Hope to be back soon.

We just returned from 2 glorious weeks in STT and Mahogany Getaway. The condo was everything we hoped it would be - and much more. The views from the gallery and bedroom are spectacular. Even though it rained several days while we were there, the covered gallery permitted us to still be outdoors during the rainy times and enjoy the beauty of the north coast in quiet comfort. We also appreciated all the "extras," like the binoculars, umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, internet service, washer and dryer, etc., etc. Even the printer came in handy to print out discount coupons we found on-line. We've stayed in some nice, similar- sized condos at Point Pleasant and Sapphire Village, but Mahogany Getaway is definitely a step up in beauty, amenities, and overall value. We highly recommend it!

What can I say, other then the fact I did not want to leave! The veiws from your condo are so beautiful. Nothing like being able to sit and relax in the galley and watch the waves crash upon Hans Lollick with an occasional cruise ship sailing off in the distance. Who needs air conditioning, when you have such a great breeze coming in through the doors and windows?!?! You guys truly made it feel like home with all the little extra stuff here and there. I was really glad to find peroxide and band aids under the sink! I had stepped on a piece of coral at Saphire Beach. Need I say more? So, thank you so much for that :) Oh, and the big blue book was extremely helpful. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. For all of those who are reading these comments, stay here! You will not be sorry!

The third time, and every time a charm! This was our third stay at Mahogany Getaway, and like the two times before it, it was fabulous. The condo offers beautiful, comfortable furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, a romantic spa tub in the bathroom, and endless ocean views from the living room deck and from the bedroom. For those who like to stay connected there is a desk area with a printer and high speed Internet. We are frequent travelers to St. Thomas and other Caribbean islands and have stayed in many vacation homes over the years. Steve and Robin's Mahogany Getaway is consistently among the best. We highly recommend it!

Mahogany Run was the perfect honeymoon getaway! We enjoyed the privacy and the freedom to explore the island! The Marsella's "big book" in the condo provided all of the information we needed- taxi fares, beach info, restaurants, shopping, etc. The best part was the view! It doesn't get any better than waking up to Hans Lollick every morning!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation on St. Thomas. Mahogany Getaway was everything we could have wanted. The loction was ideal, the view spectacular and we had every amenity of home. Steve and Robin are very conscientious owners and made the process of renting very easy. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, towels and snorkeling equipment available for our use. Also, the unit was near a number of wonderful restaurants and we didn't have to travel far for delicious meals. We hope to return again in the future!

Unbelievable! The pictures of the condo on the website are actually what the condo and views look like. The "blue book" was so helpful and Steve and Robin make it easy to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. I suggest renting a car and going to St. John's for the day. It was our second time in St. Thomas and we will be coming back to the same spot. I just think back to the wonderful blue water you could see from every window in the condo and a smile appears on my face! I highly suggest you experience Mahogany Getaways and this condo!

I'll keep this brief. The previous guests have said it all. As you walk down the steps to the door, a grin starts to form. It stops when you are leaving. The views in guide books and TV shows cannot match this, especially waking up in the morning and looking out the window from your bed. That grin is still there. Marie and I were there a week ago. Everything you could ask for was close by. Excellent beaches, great food. We got in late afternoon and went over to Indigo for soup and salads (real easy to eat with a grin). Plan on going into town when there are none, 1 or 2 ships. It is listed in the Daily News we bought at the guard shack. This was one hassle free vacation (our 6th in St. Thomas). Mr Marsala answered every question fully, was very friendly, and made sure all the information needed was either supplied before going or in the condo. This condo was definitely a fantastic find and value. Don't you need a week's worth of Grin? Brian

We went to St. Thomas for a wedding. There were 15 couples scattered across the island. Our place was the best. We all spend around the same amount of money. The owners left us all the info we need, market, dinning,beaches,shopping. The view was perfect. or should I say EVERYTHING was perfect. Very Clean it felt like home and not a motel.

We stayed at Mahogony Getaway Oct. 12th-Oct.20th. Since this was our 6th trip to the USVI, we knew what we wanted to do on this trip. We wanted to spend our days snorkeling, sitting on the beaches, and just relaxing in the evening. We could not have asked for a better place to do this. It was easy to get up, have breakfast, pack a lunch and hit a beach. The coolers and beach chairs provided made this an easy trip to the beach. After a full day on a beach either on St.Thomas or St.John (we took the car bardge over),we headed back to the pool and then to the condo. What great views for an evening drink and to enjoy while grilling our dinner! I also have to add that it's too bad that it's necessary to conserve water, because I could have stood a lot longer in the shower just gazing at that beautiful view! We did manage two dinners and one lunch out. Indigos was really nice on a Monday evening when they had a steel pan player. To summarize, everthing was in good shape, just about anything that you could need was provided. We didn't experience any power outages, but the first thing we checked for were flashlights or candles and there were plenty of both. We would absolutely stay here again. Travel light!! You will probably never find a vacation spot better than this. The condo is great, the view is spectacular, and there is everything in the condo that you will ever need on a vacation. Just read the "green book" on the coffee table. Check out Indigo at Megans Bay (good restaurant).

If it were possible to give a five star rating, Mahogany Getaway would earn six! What an amazing value for such a wonderful place. The rooms are large completely stocked with everything a person could need. Although one could feel like they are at home away from home, once they take a look at the view they'll realize they are in paradise. Our favorite thing was to sit and watch the ocean and islands surrounding Mahogany Getaway. The view is truly breathtaking. Plus, a person is only minutes away from Magean's Bay. We had a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Hope we can return often. A person truly has to visit in order to understand how wonderful Mahogany Getaway is!

I'm a frequent visitor to St. Thomas and to the Mahogany Run condo complex, and I stayed in Mahogany Getaway on two occasions in fall/winter 2006. Mahogany Getaway is one of the best vacation condos I've visited. (I'm in St. Thomas right now, in fact, as I write this, but not in Mahogany Getaway. It was booked when I sought reservations for a last minute visit. Maybe next time, though!) The unit is nicely decorated, has a breathtaking view, has a fully equipped office with Internet access for those who take working trips, a Viking stove that makes cooking a treat, and is within walking distance to one of the pools (this is a nice feature, you can take a dip without moving your vehicle.) The unit is also a five minute drive from Magens Bay beach and from Mandahl Bay, which has lovely tidal pools. The secure, private, gated community is ideal for walking and jogging, which is a real plus given the relatively difficulty of walking and running on most St. Thomas roads (they're very narrow, hilly and often without space for pedestrians in many parts of the island.) Finally, the owners were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this unit.

Our impression is best described by our 13 year old daughter.. who said, when we opened the door "Dad will forget about going to Fiji next year, we're coming back here!" We have stayed on the island several years in a row, and now would not consider any other. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. Staying in this secluded beach condo was the most relaxing and wonderful decision we ever made. The Marsellas condo is absolutely phenomenal with its breathtaking view and clean comfortable spaces. The photos don't do justice to this perfect nest. It is a short drive to downtown and about 10-15 minutes drive to Red Hook. Every ammenity you could ever want is there! Awesome grill, beach chairs, top of the line appliances, great decorations, security and very cozy! I recommend this place to all who want to explore the Virgin Islands. I can't wait to go back!

OUTSTANDING CONDO!!! The condo was only 15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Maegan's Bay. Amenities within the condo made it feel like home away from home. The owner's have truly made visiting this condo difficult to leave. The view from the balcony was serene and every morning we were up at 6am to listen to the birds and watch the iguanas. The suggested scenic drive is definitely worth doing on a Sunday. We have been to the island 4 times and stayed at different places and we can defintely say we have found the place to stay on all future trips. For those that like to exercise then I recommend the walk or run from the condo to the gatehouse. We have nicknamed it "Suicide Hill". Guaranteed you will be impressed with this condo as we were. I would not hesitate to recommend Mahogany Run. It was perfect! Right from the moment we opened the door to the deck - the pictures cannot do this view justice. It was spectular. The condo itself is large, very well furnished and has everything you could possibly need. The new BBQ is great. When we first arrive my husband would usually sit to the side until I've gone through and inspected and most of the time cleaned things up. Even he could see that would not be necessary this time - the condo was so clean we moved right in and I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. We went to the pool everyday, it's kept very clean and most days we had it all to ourselves! Thank you so much for a great vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Mahogany Getaway. The condo is beautiful and very comfortably appointed. We didn't eat in too often (because there are so many wonderful places to eat in St. Thomas) but everything needed for preparation is there for you. Steve and Robin are wonderful hosts, both before the trip, during the trip and after the trip. The information they have for reference at the condo is very valuable and much appreciated. The view and relaxing atmosphere are worth a million! We would recommend Mahogany Run to anyone interested, and would definitely return.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time, we would have loved to have stayed much longer than our 8 days. The condo was very well equiped, from cooking utensils right down to q-tips. The owners are very aware of their clients needs and make sure they are met. To wake up to that view every morning was a treat in itself. We HIGHLY recommend it. Be sure to try the Eco friendly activities and read the information in the binder they provide at the condo.

We traveled from far and would never want to stay less than 2 weeks. The place was perfect. The condo has the outstanding combo of luxury mixed with comfort. It is fantastic for the price and the owners are outstanding with the provisions they provide and good correspondence. They keep in good contact and are helpful when any situation arises. The location is just what you need for a vacation...out of the way from the hussle and bussle of down town...and yet close to the best beach on the island--Megan's Bay. Just the view of the ocean and islands from the deck is very relaxing. We don't even golf, but we enjoyed the beautiful landscape. The pool is kept up nice and clean and was never crowded...very quiet. I spent one whole dream day there by myself!!! Security is a plus. We will definitely be back to Mahogany Run ASAP.

Steve, Your home was remarkable and it exceeded my expectations exponentially. My girls and I were completely satisfied and we certainly were not ready to leave when the time came. I utilized the kitchen for almost all our meals and even packed a picnic lunch for the beach with the coolers you provided. All of the amenities worked flawlessly and all of your directions were perfect. After I figured out how to use the DVD player I felt like I was at home. The view from the gallery was heavenly and I noticed the fires on the beach island on Fri/Sat nites. I would love to get a boat to take us out there next time. I even got up early one morning and enjoyed Devils Triangle before the girls woke up. 53 on the back nine, Not bad considering Im not the best golfer in the world. Our recent stay at Mahogany Getaway was very relaxing and peaceful. The two best features in my opinion are the view and the peaceful quiet. The unit is extremely clean, and nicely decorated. The bedroom is huge with a great view of the water.Everything you could need is available in the unit. If you want a clean, quiet, reasonable priced getaway vacation, I highly recommend Mahogany Getaway. We will be back!

We loved Mahogany Getaway and can’t wait to return. The accommodations – impeccable and every amenity you will need and more! The owners have paid attention to every detail and did a great job decorating the home. This home has the right mix of luxury and comfort so much so I think my next vacation will be extended for two weeks. The location of the home is perfect particularly if you like to golf or spend your days at the beach as Magens Bay is practically around the corner. The views are incredible from every room in the condo. Mahogany Getaway will make a perfect retreat for any couple that desires the luxuries and comfort of home without the noise and commotion of a resort hotel.Mahogany Getaway exceeded all of our expectations and made our trip to St. Thomas so much more enjoyable (I couldn’t wait to get back to the condo each night to sit out on the Gallery and take in the view).
