The cottage is within easy walking distance of Acadia's carriage paths and hiking trails, a short drive to its Jordan Pond entrance and a public, sandy beach. The house is well insulated for a warm and comfortable year-round retreat.
First Floor has a spacious Living and Dining area and porch face shorefront and ocean. Private den with queen-sized, pullout couch and adjacent full bath. A full kitchen and utility room with new appliances.
Second Floor has a large master bedroom with high, two story cathedral ceiling, king sized bed, sitting area and large picture windows. Master Bath/Dressing Room is equipped with whirlpool tub, shower and walk-in closets. Second bedroom has two twin beds convertible to a king-sized bed, bay window and attached private bathroom.
Third Floor has a good-sized, study above Master Bedroom, commands a view of the entrance to Northeast Harbor and contains a double bed.
