The nautical decor with a tropical twist is truly unique. This bedroom has a window overlooking the sea and a sliding door that opens onto the balcony. The view is spectacular. Enjoy the 27" LCD flat panel TV and DVD player or listen to your favorite CD. The large private en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a shower massage.
You'll feel like the Captain of the Ship in the second ocean front master bedroom! We call this the Captain's Jade Stateroom because of the jade carving above the king size sleigh bed and the lush green comforter. There’s plenty of storage in the walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a shower massage. The electronics package in this room includes a 30" flat panel LCD TV, a DVD player and a CD player.
The third bedroom is decorated in bright tropical colors and has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Kick back and watch some TV, play a game or read a book. The newly renovated third full bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from this bedroom. This bathroom has a maple vanity and granite countertop.

My family and I had a great time on the PC Beach. Relieved there was no oil; ocean was absolutely perfect; waves were just right for kids and grandkids. They all love the short walk to the beach and the ocean. My only concern was the condo could have been a little cleaner. But we had a marvelous time and will keep you in mind on future visits. Thanks again.

Mr. and Mrs. Miller, I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to spend a week in your 1004 Watercrest condo (07/18/09 - 07/25/09). My family loved every minute. The condo at the Watercrest was very nice and comfortable and we felt right at home. Your condo was a great fit for us (even though there was only 4 of us). We all slept so well every night we were there. All the beds were extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the extra pillows in the closets. The condo had everything that we needed and then some. The kitchen was loaded with all new appliances, cabinets, granite counter-tops and anything I needed was at my fingertips. My favorite place was the huge balcony. What a beautiful sunset! We want to plan another trip to stay with you again soon. Also, I thank you for the prompt return of my deposit, I think I received it in the mail on July 31. Thanks again, everything was wonderful! We stayed a week in the Condo on the 15th floor of Watercrest and had a great time. The 3 BR/3 Bath condo is beautiful and exactly as described, it had everything we needed to have a great time. If your family wants to go the the beach and have a great time, and a great place to stay, this is the place to do go!

This condo is beautiful and roomy! The pictures don't do it justice. We filled the room to capacity and never felt cramped. It had everything we needed and more, and we will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing in there that we did not need to go buy! It was equippted with everything possible and then some.
