Public beach access is 500 feet away. A few steps over the dunes and you are on some of the best, cleanest, least populated beaches on Topsail Island; great for swimming, surfing, fishing, and miles of beach for bicycle riding and walking. The private dock is a perfect entry spot for sea kayaking, canoeing, bird watching, oystering, crabbing, or reading a book under the shade of the Live Oak tree. Two decks offer amazing views of sunsets over the marsh and the inland waterway. Sounds Good is only moments from the causeway to the mainland and historic Snead's Ferry fishing village. Fresh catch of the day is available at a local seafood market in Surf City or Sneads Ferry and at some of the best seafood restaurants in the area. This large duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central heat/air, two color TVs, DVD and VHS players, dishwasher, and microwave. No pets.
