Come stay at our very large and private four bedroom and two and a half half bath house located only a short walk from your own deeded bayside beach access. Our house is approximately 2000 square feet, sleeps eight to ten comfortably and is located on a quiet and private dirt road far from the traffic of Route six.
The main floor has a huge family room with cable TV/DVD, a quiet living room, recently updated kitchen, large dining room, master bedroom and master bath. The second floor has three full bedrooms and a full bath. The basement is partially finished with a TV/game room for the kids, as well as a full washer and dryer.
Other amenities include WiFi, two fireplaces, seven ceiling fans, large private backyard, large deck off of the kitchen, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, garden shed for storing beach chairs and plenty of parking for two families.

The Bay house was the perfect vacation spot for our extended family vacation. The house had plenty of room for the nine of us to sleep comfortably and the downstairs large bedroom was perfect for my sister with her 7month old. Although the weather was close to perfect the one rain storm we did get didn't stop the nine of us from sitting around the dining room table for our lobster dinner. Our four toddlers enjoyed running around the spacious and well groomed yard after a long day at the beach. The proximity to the beach was perfect for lugging all of our sand toys and chairs. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay. thanks for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back again to rent in Eastham.

This was our first experience with Homeaway and renting a home sight unseen and we were very nervous about the whole transaction. We were driving from Texas and this was my first opportunity to share my childhood home with my children, so we wanted it to be perfect. The minute we drove up to this lovely home, we knew we had made the right choice. The pictures on the site don't do this home justice. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and very accomodating! Perfect for naps and relaxing! My mother kept commenting, that someone had really taken the time to add the little details to make this home, a perfect vacation spot. The owners providing every little detail and left a little binder full of information to assist us in our stay. The layout of the house allows everyone in the house to have privacy and quiet times when needed while staying connected with beautiful common areas. Plenty of room for my family, a beautiful backyard with a deck, stocked kitchen (all we had to bring was food), a great game room (my kids loved that), a beautiful long dinner table for our family dinners, and each bedroom is a picture out of Pottery Barn (clean Americana design). The house has ideal location on the island and you can get anywhere (Provincetown, the ferrys, etc) within 20 minutes and you are literally 5-10 minutes by foot or by car from a private beach and lake access. Some many options! Food options galore nearby (Seafood, ice cream, donuts, Italian, BBQ) and a Drive in! My family has been dealing with a death in our family and my mother in law's most recent bout with breast cancer and this home gave us the temporary respite we needed in the most perfect of ways. Relaxation, reflection, fun, food, and refreshment came along with this quaint getaway and we are already making plans to come back next year! I am "home away from home" sick already. You will not be disappointed!

We rented the property for Memorial Day Weekend. The house and the property itself are immaculate and extremely well maintained. The owners are terrific and very helpful. The location is ideal as you are in the heart of Cape Cod with several private beaches on the back bay just down the road and one of the most spectacular public beaches in the country a few miles away. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway on Cape Cod.

We truly love the Bay house. It is very clean, close to everything -- including the beach, bike paths, ponds, yummy food. The house feels so secluded, and yet is close to so much. We so enjoyed the Bay beach. It was like a science experiment for the kids. The owners are available should you need assistance. As I am sitting at home dreaming of arnold's salmon, I can only recommend the Bay house as a wonderful vacation retreat!!!!

This rental is a real find!! We rented the house for 2 weeks, and could have stayed a lot longer. Plenty of room for 7 of us (5 adults, 2 kids). Great to have the basement for the kids to spread out their toys. Two common rooms on the main floor with lots of space and comfy couches. Big yard, nice deck. Large dining room table. Nice kitchen, gas grill. Rooms really are as big as they look in the pictures. Kids loved regular visits in the yard by rabbits and birds who nested in one of the birdhouses. Walk to the beach is pleasant and easy even with kids. Very quiet in the evenings. Great to be so close to bay beach, ocean beach (quick drive) and the pond (can easily bike there). Ben and Jerry's ice cream is nearby. The house is cleaned and well-kept. When there were problems, both caretaker and owner were available and responsive (brief brown-out of electricity in the neighborhood---got us information very promptly; and malfunctioning refrig--fixed to functional in about 4 hours and then replaced with new one in a few days; much better service than I can get in New York City!!). We have rented several different houses on the Cape in the past 15 years (at least 6); this house was the best bargain and the most pleasant. We look forward to renting here again.

We rented this house for a week last summer (2007) and came back this year for another week, and only the second time we've rented a house multiple times since starting to come to Cape Cod in the early 1990's. It is perfect for families, we have hosted our children's families and it is roomy and comfortable-everyone enjoys it. Very clean and plenty of seating space-everyone can eat at the same time, which is unusual in houses that "sleep 8." Good beds and big furniture so everyone can get together and relax after the kids go to bed. Very close to all attractions, besides the beach, bike path, movies and drive-in, Audobon center, great restaurants, stores, and of course, miniature golf. The short walk to the private bay beach is perfect for the young kids, just load them into the wagon and off you go. The owners, Marc and Jennifer, are very accommodating and easy to reach with questions or problems. We are happy to recommend this wonderful vacation spot.

This house was even better in person than the pictures showed! We spent a week in June with six adults and one toddler. We felt immediately at home. The house is very nice but also comfortable. There were several amenities we didn't expect, which were very helpful, including a wagon for walks (rides for our daughter) to the beach. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, and we made it happily every day. The beach is gorgeous and we pretty much had it to ourselves even on the hottest day. The yard is nice and large, with lots of flowers - our 2-year-old took "nature walks" through the yard looking for bugs every day. We spent a lot of time on the deck too, which is large with plenty of seating for all of us. All the bedrooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the open kitchen/dining area. The family room with TV was perfect for nighttime when we just wanted to watch a movie, or hang out without disturbing the baby. As for location, we were so close to Arnold's that we ate there three times! We would highly recommend this property. We were all very comfortable there for the week and would definitely go back.
