My family and I just spent the most remarkable week at Darren's place. It had the most wonderful views of the beach. The sunset from the balcony was breathtaking. I will recommend this property to all of my family and friends and I hope I get to go back next year. The photos of the place don't do it justice, the view is spectacular in every direction from the balcony.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I thought this condo was a perfect location to enjoy spring break. Darren was very easy to do business with. If and when there was a problem, Darren was quick to make it right. I plan on renting this unit again and again and again. Thanks for a great place for me and my teenagers to enjoy spring break at a reasonable rate!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

We love Panama City Beach and stay at The Summit every year. Due to unforseen circumstances this year, we had to cancel our stay at VRBO 9173. The owner, Darren, was very understanding about our reasons for cancellation, and was also very helpful throughout the whole renting process. When the time comes to rent again at the Summit, I won't hesitate one bit to rent this unit, and you shouldn't either. I think you'll have a positive experience.
