Pelican Pointe has it all, including spacious living area, Gulf front balcony, trash disposal, on-site maintenance and security. The sparkling emerald waters and sugar white sand are only footsteps away on the private beach boardwalk. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available (in season).
This unit is located on the sixth floor and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps eight, features 1,266 square feet, nine-foot ceilings and tiled flooring. The unit has been newly renovated and redecorated from top to bottom. Please let us share our beautiful condominium with you and your family.
The large living area features a full view of the beach and gulf, queen sleeper sofa, sitting area, TV with DVD player and stereo. The dining area features a full size dining table with six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, oven, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, can opener, dishes, cookware, glasses and utensils. There is a convenient bar area with two bar stools and full-sized washer and dryer.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV & VCR, telephone, clock radio, sliding glass doors to the balcony (gulf front view), and a large private bath. The second and third bedrooms both feature queen-sized beds, TVs, VCRs and clock radios. The third bedroom also has a DVD player.
The spacious and private Gulf front balcony has a table and chairs for four and two chaise lounges and are perfect for taking in the sights and the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

Checking out this morning...so sad to be leaving. It is a great condo! Quiet, great for relaxing. Right on the beach with its own access. Kitchen has everything you need. Very clean. Wonderful layout. Master BR on one side, Kids rooms on the otherside! I would definitely stay here again. Tristan was easy to work with and check in was smooth. The security on the property was very good. The guards made rounds several times in the day and night. Everything was amazing. Thanks for everything!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Pelican Point. The view was amazing, the sounds of the ocean at night were even better! There is nothing like falling asleep to the sounds of waves! Our kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, given that the outside pool was a bit too cold to swim in. The unit was very well kept and clean. Plenty of space for our 4 adults and 2 children. Tristan was very easy to work with and all was exactly like we expected.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
