THE ISLAND: Long Beach Island is a barrier island 18 miles long, and on average three blocks wide, six miles off the coast of New Jersey. It is renowned for its pristine white beaches (rivaling those of Cape Cod or the Hamptons) and quaint resort towns.

THE PROPERTY: Property is located off Long Beach Boulevard in Brant Beach a block north of St. Francis. It is located oceanside just seven homes from the beach. Your family will enjoy all the modern conveniences of home (central air conditioning, washer and dryer, gas barbecue, outdoor showers, newer kitchen and bath). The house is located on a quiet family area of the island. You can easily get to the supermarket (located about a mile from the Acme), movie theatre and ice cream shops (also about a mile). Less than a block walk to the beach, the location makes it easy to bring the family to and from the home. Our home is also near the glorious Barnegat Bay (sunset viewing or boat watching on the Intercoastal Waterway). 45th Street in Brant Beach is the perfect summer/beach vacation getaway. Large families and friends that vacation together can book the same week using both floors. Just imagine that much talked about reunion at the beach, being together in one house, and still enjoying your privacy.



FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor is a three bedroom, one bathroom unit which sleeps six (private) to eight people. This unit features a large family room to escape the sun and enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning after a long day at the beach. A gas barbecue grill is provided, as well as a picnic tables for your outside dining pleasure. Your vacation home welcomes you with a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following appliances; full-size refrigerator, gas range and a dishwasher. A full-size washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience. A sofabed is in the family room for overnight guests.

SECOND FLOOR:
The second floor is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit, which sleeps five (private) to six people. It features a partial (yet remote) oceanview deck to enjoy the shade and cool breezes after a day at the beach. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. Picnic tables with plenty of seating are provided on two outdoor decks. It also is equipped with a gas barbecue grill. Your newer kitchen (2001), comes fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher. A full-size washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Your vacation home is centrally air conditioned to keep cool and comfortable. Enjoy the bright outdoors from your family room and kitchen decks. The family room features a sofabed, color TV with a DVD player. The master and 2nd bedrooms also have color TVs.

DUPLEX: Our home was completely gutted and renovated in 2001 (new kitchens, baths, windows, beds, hardwood and vinyl floors, appliances). Fully booked the last nine seasons, this home was primarily rented by tenants needing room for extended families and guests. See complete listing for information and rates.
