Teri is awesome!!!!She worked with us on short notice,short stay and within our budget.The condo is wonderful!The views and the beach are fantastic..just as I remember them.We were there for a quick romantic anniversary and did not have to leave the complex.The kitchen is truely stocked and the decor is total PARROTHEAD...what more could you ask for.Thanks for a wonderful weekend ,we will be back!

My wife and I decided to take our first real vacation together (just the 2 of us) and after hours and hours of research we decided to stay at this property based on all of the rave reviews. GREAT decision! Teri was very easy to work with from start to finish. Sometimes pictures can be misleading but this unit is exactly as described. GREAT BALCONY. It was very clean and well decorated too. Anything at all that we needed could be found throughout the condo. There's even an electric ice cream maker! We had fresh homemade strawberry, blueberry, and banana ice cream for the week. The beach service is a great touch. The weather and beach were so amazing that we basically stayed on the beach everyday until supper time and it wasn't crowded at all. There was maybe 5-10 people each day. The water was also as clear as we've ever seen! All in all this was an excellent value and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I know that we'll be back for sure. Definitely eat at McGuire's Irish Pub at least once, and Pandora's Steakhouse has a great prime rib special on Sundays and Wednesdays--its the best deal in the area. Thanks Teri! Chris & Jenn

This was our second stay at the Palms 302 ( #91745) as it was just as great as before! You will not find a better condo on the great beaches of the Emerald Coast! The condo is incredibly equiped (plenty of kitchen gear, glasses, appliances, TV, DVD players, furniture, etc.), beautifully decorated and very well maintained especially compared to other condo options from commerical real estate firms (where mismatched plates, linens, furniture, etc. is the norm!). It is hard to find two twin beds for an option with a beach view so this is a great place if you need that. Teri is incredible to work with and realy cares about her guests having a great vacation. Still close enough to Destin for dinner and shopping but far enough where the crowds are not so bad. The beaches are much less crowded than Destin since the building requirements for Fort Walton/Okaloosa Island mandate no buildings taller than 6 stories. This is a family condo in a family complex on a family beach. The umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach that come with the condo is a great perk. Do yourself a favor at stay at this great condo!!!

After spending our 3rd year (girl's week) at the condo, we still find it wonderful and very comfortable. Great restaurants and shopping and not far from Destin and Sandestin. We will definintely be back next year.

this place is awesome !!!!! only left the condo to go out on the beach, and only went out to dinner once. the condo is great, has everything you need, and shops, and eats are all in walking distance. would stay here again and again.

My husband and I stayed in this fantastic condo during the month of January 2011. The condo was great, had such cute decor. It really felt like a tropical retreat. The condo was well stocked to handle all of our needs. The location was the best - right on the beach. The beach was beautiful, went on for miles. The water was crystal clear. This condo is close to lots of shopping, activity and restaurants, yet it is secluded enough to be really peaceful! We absolutely loved our stay at The Palms, Unit 302.

Visited for 5 nites Sept. 16, 2010 with my Mom. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The umbrella and beach chair service daily was a very welcome surprise and VERY appreciated. We had perfect weather everyday and fresh seafood every night...HEAVEN!!! The condo is completely stocked and included linens..even papertowels and TP was there when we arrived. Quick trip to Publix for food and we were set! Will definately come back again..looking forward to a return trip with my husband!! Only regret was that we had to leave after only 5 days!!! Teri was great to work with and even called when we were there to check in and be sure all was okay. New carpet just installed in bedrooms! Plenty of great restuarants in area. The beach was uncrowded and clean and the water was crystal clear and 87 degrees...Can't wait to return...would recommend to all my friends!! THANK YOU!!

We have vacationed in this region of Florida (from Pensacola Beach to Panama City) annually for the last thirty years and it is a fact that this condo has our top rating, The owner (Teri) has decorated and painted the unit to please her guests. Her attention to detail is evident in every room, from the island paintings in the hallway and living room to the shell curtain in the bathroom. Add in a (truly) fully-stocked kitchen, brand new state-of-the-art full size washer and dryer (they play tunes), and all the other touches, and I promise that you will miss this place when you leave. The good news is that you can return and be assured that Teri will maintain the highest level of quality in her condo. I know this is true because we are repeat customers and the condo has stayed ahead of the others. Our top recommendation....

Me and my finance stayed here during June 19th - June 26th 2010. It was absolutely beautiful. The condo was great with an awesome view of the beach from the master bedroom and the living room. Very cozy. The beach was beautiful. The property was clean and very well maintained. The owner "Teri" was very pleasant to deal with. There was plenty of things to do. Seafood was awesome. The pool was small, but I didn't come to swim in a pool, the beach was plenty big enough. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an awesome beach vacation or just a quite getaway. We definitely want to come back next year.

This was a really great place to "get-away from it all". Really pretty condo with beautiful decor ( feels like you flew to an island in the Caribbean) and fully stocked kitchen with every thing you need to make you feel right at home. Great location within a few miles to great shopping and restaurants. The owner is great to work with and really wants to make sure you have a fabulous stay. Cannot wait to come back!

this condo is fabulous! the colors & decor are fun & functional. great view of the beautiful white sandy beach. the beach service was a nice touch. our family had a wonderful time, & we will rent this condo again. great location & all the comforts of home. thanks terri, we loved it!!!!

We had an awesome time in this lovely condo. I would highly recommend this place for people of all ages. Owner was very helpful & pleasant to deal with. The heated pool was a treat but our favorite was watching the dolphins visit daily from the balcony!

I had a great vacation. The condo was lovely,nice and clean; the beach beautiful. Great view from the balcony Perfect to go with friends or for families with kids. The owner was very helpfull providing tips. The pool was smaller than what it looks on the pictures. Very relaxing!
