Beautifully decorated two bedroom, two full bath third and fourth floor penthouse condominium with incredible sites and sounds of the Pacific Ocean. The Oceanside Pier is also in view. Beautifully lit at night! Upstairs Master Suite contains a king bed and adjoining full bathroom. Main floor bedroom contains 2 queen beds. Located in the tropical grounds of North Coast Village which contains gardens, waterfalls, Koi Fish Ponds, two swimming pools and hot tubs (ocean view from the smaller pool). Game rooms with ping pong, pool, foosball, large screen TV and a reading room. Fitness center with cardio equipment and weights, also includes a sauna. Gas BBQ's cleaned daily for use with table seating near pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Two Queen Bed in bedroom on the main floor with full bathroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room with gas fireplace. Small balcony off the living room with garden and pond views, a large deck off the Master Suite boasting gorgeous ocean views, sounds and sunsets! Table for six on upper deck to enjoy meals and ocean views. Our favorite part of the condo! Walking distance to Pier (1/2 mile) and Harbor (1/3 mile). Paved trail great for biking, running and walking within close proximity as well. Located about 1/2 mile from Surfing Lessons, Bike Rentals and fishing at the Pier. And 1/3 mile from the Harbor area that contains restaurants, shops and boating excursions for wild life viewing, fishing along with paddle boat and kayak rentals. The condo is about 1 hour of south of Disneyland, 15 minutes from Legoland, 30 minutes from Seaworld and San Diego Airport, 1/2 mile from Camp Pendleton South Gate, about 30 minutes from the Animal Safari in Escondido and about 20 minutes north of the gorgeous Self Realization gardens in Encinitas. And on Thursday mornings there is a great Farmer's market downtown Oceanside with a food and craft market with music in the evening (approx 3/4 mile away).

Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
We love the view and sounds of the ocean along with the proximity of the condo to the sandy beach! We have made several visits to the Oceanside area over the past few years and have fell in love with it. As a family we have enjoyed every stay and look forward to creating many more memories and discoveries in the area in the future! We are excited to be able to share this great place with others!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the sites and sounds of the ocean directly from the Master Suite along with enjoying all of our meals on the table on the deck, soaking up the incredible view! We also love the short walk to the beach to find treasures on the beach, jump waves, boogie board and one day learn to surf! We also enjoy walking along the beach to the Harbor shops and restaurants or the Pier. There are great sidewalks and paved paths for bikes and scooters as well. Legoland, Seaworld and Disneyland are in close proximity. We also enjoy watching the sunset and rise from the deck! We also love watching the dolphins play in the water. Quite an exciting sight to see! Surfers can also be seen from the upper deck. And the fun of walking to so many places close by such as the Harbor, Pier, and Farmer's Market.
The harbor area contains restaurants, shops and a candystore. You can also rent paddle boats, kayaks or book a tour to sea wild life or fishing trips.
This is an access spot for a paved trail that travels east for approx 8 miles.
There is a 50's restaurant Ruby's on the end of the pier. One of the longest pier's in the U.S. You can rent a fishing pole and bait on the pier as well. Great spot to watch for dolphins, whales and surfers.
Great spot to boogie board, surf, build sand castles and play sand volleyball.

My family stayed at the condo to celebrate the holidays with my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter that are stationed on the nearby Marine base. The location was absolutely perfect - a block from the ocean but not on the busy street directly adjacent, and within 5 minutes driving from the base. There were five adults who stayed here and there was plenty of room for everyone. The development is very nice, well kept, and quiet. The condo had everything that we needed and was extremely accesible to every place that we went. Check in and check out was super easy and the entire staff was exceptionally nice. We especially appreciated how quiet it was and really loved going to sleep each night with the sound of the ocean waves from the upstairs bedroom. Owners were very, very easy to communicate with and provided everything that was needed for a beautiful stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing vacation that is near to many fun and beautifiul things. The sunsets looked exactly like the pictures!!

We all enjoyed our weeklong ladies getaway at the condo in early Sep of 2011. Everything was as advertised. The upstairs patio was wonderful. In the evening we could see Ruby's, the restaurant, at the end of the pier and watch the lights of the pier shine against the rolling ocean waves. Relaxing to say the least. Cheryl's communication with us was great and our deposit was returned quickly. We hope to visit again in the future.

We had a great time at this condo! Everything was as stated. Close to the beach, close to the great harbor and shops, well maintained. We had a very nice stay and would love to come back another time. Cheryl was fantastic to work with and very accommodating.

We (family, 2 teenager (16,13)) stayed at the condo in summer 2011. We all loved the great location with the lovely ocean view. It was impressive to see dolphins playing und jumping in the ocean! The condo was great and clean. Absolutely relaxing and nice time ! A great thank to Cheryl (owner) for supporting us (travelling from Germany) very, very good!

The property grounds were beautiful, the condo was right near the beach and in a very nice neighborhood. The location was great and we were within walking distance of the pier, restaurants, farmers market and shopping.

The best thing about this condo was it's easy walking proximity to the beach and the boogie boards supplied by the owners. My grandkids loved that. The sleeping arrangements were good and the beds comfortable. The owners supplied a wonderful 3-ring binder with scads of info. The kitchen/dining layout was good. The primary drawback (thus an average rating) was the restrictive conditions at the condo pools. Pool toys were not allowed, laughter and play was discouraged - definately a senior citizens climate and not much fun for two active 8 and 9 year old boys.
Owner response:Thank you for your review. We are a family with 3 children ages 4 - 7 and enjoy both pools. We have not had any problems being discouraged from laughter and play while at the pools. Aside from the beach we spend a fair amount of time at the pool and hot tub. One of the things we enjoy most about North Coast Village is the family oriented environment it provides us.

My family recently stayed at this unit in early April and had a wonderful experience. The condo was very spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the upstairs living area with great views of the ocean. The beach behind the complex was excellent and very kid friendly. I would highly recommend this location! We look forward to visiting again on a future family vacation.
