Private - Gated - Secure Comfort and Views: Spectacular beachfront ocean views of Isla Mujeres Island and Bay. Hopelchen Condo is gated and securecwith a 24 hour guard and for those of you with a car rental, you will receive the remote control for the gate and private parking space. We also offer a pick up airport transfers when you arrive with a stop for groceries. $40usd. Clothes washer in condo. Maid service available $25usd. 2 loungers and 4 chairs to relax on. White sugar sand beach. Large oceanside swimming pool and patio. Palapa huts for shade. Please use the pool shower and foot wash to remove sand before leaving the pool area. All have great views and lovely breezes. The ocean is generally calm here on the protected Isla Mujeres Bay. Book tours from Sea Adventure Resort next door. Isla Contoy is a wonderful day trip to the bird sanctuary and stops for snorkeling. Satellite TV. Free internet acces around pool in office. Drive or taxi 15 minutes to all the best nightlife and nightclubs in Cancun or Hotel Zone.

Vielen Dank an Lilia und Carlos für den schönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Condo Hopelchen ! Wir waren 4 Personen aus Deutschland und waren zuvor beim Ironman Los Cabos. Das Appartment suchten wir absichtlich nicht in der hektischen "Hotelzone" von Cancun. Ruhig gelegen, direkt am Strand, so nahe haben wir noch nie am Meer gewohnt ! Gleich nebenan "El Meco", Maya-Ruinen. Ein bisschen weiter dann einsame Strände. Die Fähre zur Isla Mujeres gleich in der Nähe. Alles perfekt !Did you find this review helpful? Hola every one! We are a young retired happy couple from Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, BC. We just came back from our four week stay in February 2013 at the Hopelchen Condo...a great "Beach Get Away" on the Caribbean site of Mexico.The owners Carlos and Lilia are wonderful people and try to help in any way possible. The condo is bright, airy and always has a ocean breeze...we did not need the air condition on. We loved the private beach and the ocean...great for swimming. Some Sea weed on the Beach and in the ocean did not bother us. We listen to the amazing crashing ocean waves at night... beautiful when the moon is shining over the ocean. The great bus system helped us with our shopping...takes few days to get used to it...very cheap bus money. For the big shopping we took a taxi. At the large food stores we did get everything we needed. Few times a week we went to the resort Sea Adventure next door for Breakfast or Dinner...simple but good food.We loved to be out site the Hotel Zone...felt more like home from home. We felt very save...having a guard on site day and night. The people who live all year around in the buildings are all nice, helpful and friendly.We liked the area so much... we will rent the condo for 3 month next year...furniture very simple...but clean. We also enjoyed the Washing Machine and Laundry Room ...everything did dry in few hours because of the nice breeze from the ocean. We did not need to bring a lot of clothes because of the washing Machine.Thank you Lilia and Carlos for our great stay...see you soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
