Located just off Thomas Drive across Thomas Drive from the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful townhome is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. you can see a couple of slices of the gulf of mexico if you look between the palms and the high-rises from the bedroom balconies. the private pool is awesome. the beach is a 5 minute or less stroll from your front door.
NO ELEVATORS OR PARKING PROBLEMS.
Drive right up to the brick paved walkway to your private veranda with beautiful palms and flowers. Step out the back door and enter the private courtyard with tropical gardens and saltwater pool that is heated 8 months of the year. Relax to the sound of a five-tiered fountain, float in the pool, or walk across Thomas Drive to the beach.
Two large bedrooms are upstairs with one full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own furnished private balcony, a huge closet, and an armoire with a television. The living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, washer/dryer, and 1/2 bathroom are on main floor. if you want to stay inside, there is a large screen high definition tv in living room with premium channels. super fast wireless internet inside or poolside. bose sound system in courtyard/pool area. just plug in to your ipod or computer headphone output.
Be in the center of everything, but feel like you are away from it all! Life's a Beach!!!!!! (PANAMA CITY BEACH!)

We traveled to Florida for the first time June 2009. I searched and searched the internet for the perfect place to stay, and once I found this place, nothing else compared! It truly is a tropical oasis. Our daughter (and my husband and I!) LOVED the beautiful pool. The 1/2 bath downstairs was SO convenient. The full kitchen and outdoor grill was great. We loved everything! Wish it was ours! Next time we go to Florida, we will definately stay here again.

We stayed at this perfect tropical oasis from 8/15/09-8/23/09 and could not have found a better place to stay. This place was perfect! Interior was immaculate ands very high end decorated. Backyard was absolutely stunning and so so relaxing. Location was awesome, right across the street from beach and upscale resort. Mike, the landlord, was extremely pleasant and accomodating, as well as being a top notch entertainer. We went to Salt Water Grill and watched him perform. He is a piano player and singer with tremendous talent. Would recommend this house to anybody desiring a great place to stay in PCB.

Talk about being in a Tropical Paradise. We were down there the week of July 11-18, 09 sun,sun and more sun. We did not want to leave. This was the most relaxing vacations that we have ever had comming to pcb. We had always stayed in a nice hotel on the strip. Never again. We will always come back to this Tropical Paradise.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at this home. It has such a beautiful back yard that pictures just do not do it justice. Very clean, roomy and literally a 4 minute easy walk to the beach. We will return again for hopefully many years to come. Highly recommend this home!

I stayed at this house in August 2008 and I loved it. It was nice, quiet, fun. I will refer this rental to anyone for family vacation or a small group of adults. I enjoyed staying there and I can't wait to return!

What a great place to stay. It is even more beautiful than the description and pictures show. Clean, Clean, Clean. Makes you feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for clean, comfort, and relaxation that does require to be right on the beach. Although the beach is very conveniently located to this house.

This is the perfect place to stay! It is located on the quieter end of the beach, yet so close to everything that you want to do. The townhouse is perfect. It is so well kept! The furnishings and decorations were very nice and the owner has thought of absolutely everything to make you feel at home! The back yard is truly a tropical paradise! The pictures here doesn't do it justice. It is perfect. The pool was so nice and the fountain is beautiful. There were so many "little touches" that the owner added. Like beach towels and floats for the pool, chairs and a cooler for the beach, a grill to use and a small stereo by the pool. This was by far the best place that we have ever stayed at in Panama City Beach!!!!

We just returned from our 2nd trip to Florida and stay in this great place. It was just as good as we remember from '06', actually better, that's why we keep going back. The house is super clean, great decor and oh so comfortable. The pool is so relaxing and has everything you need. If you are thinking about this place, DO IT! You will go back year after year, we're hooked!
