Located just off Thomas Drive across Thomas Drive from the Gulf of Mexico, this beatiful townhome is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. you can see a couple of slices of the gulf of mexico if you look between the palms and the high-rises from the bedroom balconies, but the private pool is awesome. the beach is a 5 minute or less stroll from your front door.
NO ELEVATORS OR PARKING PROBLEMS.
Drive right up to the brick paved walkway to your private veranda with beautiful palms and flowers. Step out the back door and enter the private courtyard with tropical gardens and pool that is heated 8 months of the year. Relax to the sound of a five-tiered fountain, float in the pool, or walk across Thomas Drive to the beach. Lots of sun, sun, sun!
Two large bedrooms are upstairs with one full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own furnished private balcony, a huge closet, and an armoire with a television. The living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, washer/dryer, and 1/2 bathroom are on main floor. High speed wireless internet and all premium channels on cable tv are included. This unit is furnished with high end furnishings.
