My wife and I spent a week (not enough time) with dear friends at this beautiful condo. The third floor ocean front unit with a wrap-around lanai was great. The comfortable amenities and location of the condo complex made it a great jumping off point to explore Hawaii. We will definitely be back. by Walt & Sandy

Condo 1-301 far exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views of the ocean were amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and extremely well-equipped for every need. Jacque is a delight to work with and always responds quickly. It is well located to explore the island. For snorkeling fans, there is a wonderful beach a few minutes walk away. The Racquet Club setting is absolutely gorgeous and the other residents most friendly. We spent 11 days in this beautiful condo situated on the top corner floor of the building with a breathtaking view on the ocean.We spent hours sitting out on the balcony, thinking we were all alone in this paradise. The condo is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, and very clean. The decor, island style, and the high ceilings give a lot of charm to the place. The complex is one big garden superbly kept with a nice pool and tennis courts. I challenge you to find a more comfortable, spacious, beautiful condo in Kona. The place is HUGE and well stocked! Don't get me started about the wrap-around lanai, it's unbelievable. When someone tells me to "go to your happy place" the lanai of 1-301 is where I'm going to go. True, it's a bit of a drive to get to the main drag, but who wants to maneuver for an ocean side spot at an expensive breakfast spot, when you have the best view on the Big Island, who needs to leave? I was a bit nervous paying up front, but I'm a nervous nelly. I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction, and Jacque provides you with all the contact info you need. After 10 fabulous days at your condo, we all agreed that we picked the perfect spot and the perfect accommodations. Your unit is awesome. We had plenty of space for 4 adults, although we spent very little time inside. If we weren’t off exploring the Big Island, we were sitting on the wrap-around lanai enjoying the views – sunrises, whales, porpoise, sunsets, the crashing surf. Waking up to and falling asleep to the sound of the surf can’t be beat. We really miss it. And the evenings were very comfortable with the ceiling fans and wonderful breezes through the windows and sliders. We appreciated having a full kitchen since we cooked most dinners (at the BBQ where we met many of your wonderful neighbors). All the beach gear – snorkels, masks, fins, coolers, towels, chairs, swim shoes – was also greatly appreciated. You have provided many amenities that I doubt other rentals provide. The close proximity to the grocery and drug store was a plus, and the best snorkeling was a 5-minute walk away. A couple of activities we did that we would recommend to others: night time snorkel with manta rays (arranged through Snorkel Bobs with Neptune Charlies) and zip line adventure with Big Island Eco Adventures (made me feel like I was 10-years old again!).

This is without a doubt the most beautiful condo I have ever had the pleasure to visit. When you first walk in, the view hits you with it's astounding effect. What with the ocean right there, and the high ceilings in the condo, it's a perfect combination. There is so much light and air, one feels instantly refreshed. We saw spinner dolphins and canoes while enjoying our morning coffee. ( Kona coffee is the best ! ) What a way to watch the sunset, from the deck with our wine. We had a hard time leaving this porch... The bedrooms are very comfortable, and this is a very quiet unit. We could only hear the ocean Every amenity has been provided, and we used them all. The snorkel gear and coolers were a big help for all our exploring. We loved the nearby beach and seeing the turtles asleep on the sand. The on-site ancient Hawaiian heiau's and historic spiritual sites were a surprising addition to this trip. We felt very blessed to be in such close proximity to such important sites and learn about the culture and history. All in all we had the most wonderful visit. The location of this condo made it very easy for us to get around and visit so many places of interest. I can't wait to go back ! ( I need to stock up on B.I. coffee and macadamia nuts too ) Looking forward to my next visit....

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful condo, I am recommending it to all my family and friends. Fabulous location right on the water, fully stocked for any need or activity-tho' why would you want to leave. The price is very reasonable for all that you get. So relaxing and beautiful!!

I highly recommend this condo to all, and hope to return many times over to this beautiful retreat overlooking the ocean. The unit is spacious with everything one could ever need from cooking to sports. One could spend hours on the lanai watching dolphins and outriggers. Nice resort facilities tucked away from the rest of the world, but close to shopping and restaurants. Be sure to visit the turtle beach sancutary on the north end.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This Condo was exceptional. Our stay was extremely pleasurable. We relaxed on the lanai and watched the whale show daily. We were treated to dolphin shows several times. The water was so close you felt you could touch it. The facility was superb and, the quiet was wonderful. I look forward to next year when we can return to this paradise. Thank you for the opportunity to escape to such a comfortable place.
