Beachfront seafacing condo includes two beach chairs & umbrella for your daily comfort on the beach. Living room and master bedroom are Gulf facing with direct access to the balcony. Covered parking is conveniently located on the first four floors of the building. Pier Park shops, resturants and cinemas are one mile from the resort. Deposit of $100 confirms your reservation and balance due 30 days before arrival. WEEKLY RESERVATIONS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY.
Sunrise Beach Resort is one of the newest condominium complexes in Panama City Beach. This eighth floor unit (three floors above the pool deck) is professionally decorated throughout and sleeps up to five people. View the white sand beach and emerald green water from the living room and master bedroom.
The luxury Gulf facing master bedroom has a King-size bed with balcony access and has a full bathroom, including a garden tub and separate shower. The bunkroom (room without closet) has a full-size bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom has a bath tub and shower. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances and extra plates, glasses, and cutlery. The living room, master bedroom, and bunkroom all have a TV and DVD player. High speed internet access, including router for wireless connection, is provided at no extra charge.
The resort features two large swimming pools (one is heated year round), a children's splash area, and two hot tubs. It also offers a first rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines, and extensive free weights, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Gas grills are available at the beach level deck.
The Unit is Non-Smoking and Pets are Not Allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
Panama City Beach offers, not only the beautiful beaches, but also many activities, attractions and restaurants enjoyed by both young children and teenagers. Commercial growth continues in Panama City Beach, including a new airport which attracts vacationers from further afield to one of the best resorts on the Gulf coast.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is the only condo we own and we take great pride in giving our guests the service they expect and maintain the condo in pristine condition for our guests to enjoy like their second home. Sunrise Beach attracted us for many reasons: the resort has only 212 units, the parking garage is on the first 4 floors of the building, two large swimming pools on a large deck, the master bedroom has an ocean view, the bunk room is a separate room, and the proximity to Pier Park. Our condo is professionally decorated and it is very relaxing, especially on the large balcony with the magnificient view of the ocean from the 8th floor.
Owner's Map of Sunrise Beach
Mike and Claire live in Houston, Texas and our sons, Grant lives in Toronto and Neil lives in Dallas. Originally from Zimbabwe and South Africa, Mike and Claire emigrated to Calgary, Canada where Grant and Neil were born. We enjoyed many camping vacations by the lakes in British Columbia. When we moved to Houston, we discovered the Florida Panhandle where we have vacationed on the Gulf beaches for the past 14 years.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Your condo is great - very clean and well kept. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean. We ate at Sharky's two nights. We went deep sea fishing with Capt. Anderson's. We also took the shuttle out to Shell Island and found great sea shells. Thanks so much Carew's for your hospitality - we will definitely come back again! P.S. Mom loved the reserved beach chairs! Dad loved the wireless - so he could work :(

Mr. & Mrs. Carew: This "old lady" school teacher found just what she needed; a clean, well kept condo with a beautiful view. My family and I have stayed in many condos in PCB. This (#807) is by far the best. In my opinion, cleanliness is next to Godliness. Your condo is right up there!

Hi Mike: Bill and I have had another fantastic week at the beach. The condo is in great condition and the weather was perfect. The ocean was a little rough--the red flag was out for 3 days, but that didn't stop us from getting in the water every day. I always hate to see the week end, but it makes it a little easier leaving knowing that we will be back next year.

Mike & Claire: We have totally enjoyed our stay here in PCB! Your condo is one of the nicest we've stayed in!! It is so clean and comfortable! It was perfect for us! This was our first visit here and found it very enjoyable! The weather, the fishing, snorkling, parasailing, go karting and shopping. Oh! and of course the eating. Our best meal was at Spinnakers, delicious and a lot for the money! If we decide to vacation here again, we will definitely be contacting you for the use of the condo again! I can't think of a better place to stay! Thank you again!
