    Another great week in PCB. The weather was perfect. Ate at Hunt's in Panama City. Great food - oysters and grouper. We really hate to leave. Condo was great as usual.

    We love, love, love your place. The beach is perfect for daily walks and provided much needed rest from my hectic life. The Salt Water Grill is really good and our favorite beach hangouts were Sharky's and the Beach Club. We will surely be back because both Jim and I love the beach. Thanks for sharing your place and it being so clean and well decorated.

    Had a great time relaxing on the beach in our chairs every day. The condo was very nice, clean, and like an extension of home. The property as a whole was very nice. We have stayed at quite a few different gulf front condos all over PC Beach but this one at Sunrise was the best of the best! Thanks Mike! We also highly recommend the homemade ice cream shop just east of the property in the little shopping center on the other side of Emerald Beach.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

    We really enjoyed our time here - the condo was perfect for our family. We rented a pontoon boat from Flippers and had a great day. We saw tons of hermit crabs, a starfish, crabs, sea urchins and tons of fish - even picked up some shells on Shell Island. Went to Pier Park several times for great chocolate and ice cream. Thank you for sharing your condo - we enjoyed a great family vacation.

    Dear Mike and Family: We love your condo - the decor, the comfort, the location, the great balcony. We had tropical storm Debbie the first two days then the weather cleared up and we had Florida weather the rest of the week. We spent the day at St. Andrew's yesterday and it was fantastic - we took a pop-up gazebo and enjoyed the clear water. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in and we have been coming to PCB for 38 years and we have stayed many places.

    Mike, we had a most relaxing week and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed Pier Park but the old stand bys like Captain Anderson's and Angelo's, we liked the best. Thanks for the great place to stay. Hope to come back again!

    Dear Carew Family: What a wonderful week this has been! The weather was perfect, the water was beautiful and the food was wonderful. Pompano's was our favorite, it had the best food that we have eaten all week. The condo was great! This is our 2nd visit to this condo and I hope to book it for next year.     What a great place to stay! It was the perfect get-away for a mother and daughter! Weather was absolutely beautiful. We only had one rainy day that was spent down at Pier Park shopping. We also ate out almost every night at a different restaurant down there. All places we tried had great food, but The Back Porch and Margaritaville were our favorites! Thanks for the clean, beautiful place to stay. We had a great time!

    Lovely warm weather; great golf at Hombre, Windswept Dunes and the Nicklaus course at Bay Point; amazing snorkeling with the dolphins off Shell Island; fine dinners at Captain Anderson and The Boatyard; very comfortable condo and perfect beach to relax on.

    This was our third stay (and one of many, we hoped). The issues were: Our parking pass was not there, and we worried about being towed. We had to make contact with the parking "cop," who was monitoring to make sure there were the right cars in the lot. The housekeeper did not get it to us on the first day. We did have it midday Sunday. Also, the gym pass cards were not working, so this required more contact with the owner and the facility. We were surprised to have next year's reservation cancelled abruptly and money refunded with no contact from the owner as to why. He would not respond to phone calls or emails. The housekeeper told us on the phone later that we left meat in the refrigerator (which we did not realize) and that spilled soda on the baseboards was offensive (this spill happened when my teenager did not screw the cap on the soda bottle tightly enough. She was responsible for the clean up). We are not spring breakers and left the home in the same manner as we usually do. The cleaning fee should be sufficient to cover those issues. Nothing was damaged nor broken nor misplaced.

    Owner response: We (the owners) arrived to find the condo in a condition that was beyond what we consider normal use for a week. It took the housekeeper several hours to clean the condo and she returned the following week to complete the cleaning to the standard we expect for our guests. We take great pride in the cleanliness and condition of our only vacation condo which we are happy to share with our guests. We regret that this situation occurred which has not been pleasant for anyone concerned.

    We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Your condo is great - very clean and well kept. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean. We ate at Sharky's two nights. We went deep sea fishing with Capt. Anderson's. We also took the shuttle out to Shell Island and found great sea shells. Thanks so much Carew's for your hospitality - we will definitely come back again! P.S. Mom loved the reserved beach chairs! Dad loved the wireless - so he could work :(

    Mr. & Mrs. Carew: This "old lady" school teacher found just what she needed; a clean, well kept condo with a beautiful view. My family and I have stayed in many condos in PCB. This (#807) is by far the best. In my opinion, cleanliness is next to Godliness. Your condo is right up there!

    Hi Mike: Bill and I have had another fantastic week at the beach. The condo is in great condition and the weather was perfect. The ocean was a little rough--the red flag was out for 3 days, but that didn't stop us from getting in the water every day. I always hate to see the week end, but it makes it a little easier leaving knowing that we will be back next year.

    Mike & Claire: We have totally enjoyed our stay here in PCB! Your condo is one of the nicest we've stayed in!! It is so clean and comfortable! It was perfect for us! This was our first visit here and found it very enjoyable! The weather, the fishing, snorkling, parasailing, go karting and shopping. Oh! and of course the eating. Our best meal was at Spinnakers, delicious and a lot for the money! If we decide to vacation here again, we will definitely be contacting you for the use of the condo again! I can't think of a better place to stay! Thank you again!

    Mike and Claire - Our week at your condo was perfect. The accomodations were nothing short of great - loved all the nice "beachie" touches in your unit. The weather was perfect and the seafood was perfect. The only problem was that we had to leave. We are looking forward to doing this again. Thanks for making your place available to us.

    Dear Mike, Claire & family - We so enjoyed your lovely condo. Our week was filled with plenty of fun and much needed rest. We went on our first deep sea fishing trip, it was great. (Can't wait to bring the grandkids.) St. Andrews Park's beaches along with Shell Island were great places to snorkel and relax. Thank you for such a great stay, hope to return next year.     Our 5th visit to Sunrise Beach #807 - our 18th year in PCB. It just gets better each year! We tried a new (to us) restaurant this year...Lime's at the Bay Point Marriott. We had a great lunch - good service and a great view of the Bay. We also went to Shell Island for the 1st time in many years - it is unbelievably beautiful there. We also enjoyed the fireworks at the City Pier on both Saturday nights. These 2 weeks flew by - as always. We love the condo, the amenities and the location; and we hope to return...same time next year.

    Mike & Claire: Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! We had a FANTASTIC time, probably the best vacation yet. :-) We are NOT ready to leave. Our 2 kids ages 4 and 2 loved the beach. We brought our Mom/Mother-in-Law with us and she loved it as well. Loved having internet access in our condo and it was beautifully decorated. We stepped out of our box and took a road trip from Boerne and Houston, Texas to visit PCB, a place we had never visited. We loved the beach and all the amenities that came with the condo.     What a fantastic holiday!!!! A long way to travel from South Africa, but worth every mile!!! Great Condo with all the mod cons of home, STUNNING view, warm water and incredible golf courses, what more could any holiday maker want???? Of course the company just topped it all!!!!     We stayed a week in May 2010 and it was fantastic. We have stayed at Sunrise Beach before but this condo is one of the best! Mike was great to do business with. He even called us to make sure we got there OK and everything was as expected. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great vacation. Great restaurant Hunt's in Panama City on Beal St. Great osyters and grouper. Go early. Thanks Mike Mary & Dave Martin

    Once again - we're writing in your book. Had another great week and the condo is so comfortable. On our rainy day we visited the two wineries. What fun tasting! Otherwise the weather was wonderful and we had plenty of time to relax. The condo was just as we remembered last year - just love it here!!!! Have never seen sun and full moon on the Gulf! St Andrews State Park was fun to wander - no alligators though. The beach there was very "white" and peaceful. Was fun watching the para-surfing - they are quite brave!. Hope to return again.     Your condo is very homey". We love how it is decorate4d. Having our chairs held for us by "Rick" every day at the beach made it nice. Great pools. The kids loved riding the banana boat. Never guess who showed up at Margaritaville? Yes, the man himself "JIMMY BUFFETT - he played 6 songs! WOW, WHAT A SUPRISE!. We took "Best Friends" pictures by the photo guy on the beach just for fun - and they came out so good, I suggest you use him! It is a nice memory and his photo comes out better than yours ...... :) Well 807 people = enjoy, respect The Condo so it lasts forever and remember ..... LIFE IS A BEACH!

    One more day left to play and none of us want to go home! You have a lovely condo in such a great location. The hot tub served as a pool for our "adventurous" 3 year old son. He is having the time of his life meeting other little kids and playing in the biggest sandbox he's ever seen! Thank you for making your place so welcoming. Very neat and clean and the beach chairs are in a great spot! Better get back to the patio. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the ocean right outside your door!

    Dear Mike & Claire - Thank you so much for having us at your wonderful condo! It is by far the best place we have ever stayed in here at PCB! You have an excellent housekeeper. The last place we stayed (just down the street and a few months newer than this complex) was not nearly as well kept up. We have had a wonderful vacation and really hate to leave. Already looking forward to staying here again next year! See you next September!

    This is our 16th year in Panama City Beach and our 4th year at Sunrise Beach #807. It's like our "2nd Home"! Every visit is even better than the last. We hope to be back at 807 in 2010. Thanks Mike for being such a concerned owner. We love being here and being in contact with you through the year and especially during our stays here. We love Pier Park and that it is walking distance away so that we can feed our Latte' habit! We hope to be back for our 5th visit next year.

    Mike & Claire - Thanks for making our one year anniversary trip so special. This was by far a trip well deserved for the both of us. We had a wonderful time just laying around on the beach, eating and having time for each other. Tony says I act way too comfortable here and I tell him yeah I know, you guys have made it feel like home. So till then take care and see you in Sept.

    Dear Mike & Claire - Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your lovely condo. The view was awesome. We had a great week...family pictures on the beach, parasailing, banana boat rides, Shell Island snorkeling, swimming, shopping and of course eating... The weather was beautiful. We all got lots of sun. This was the BEST vacation we have ever had. Thanks again.

    Dear Mike and Family - We had a wonderful stay here in PCB. The view from your beautiful condo is great. There are so many fun activities you can do on the beach and out on the town. The kids loved banana boating, and everyone enjoyed shopping at Pier Park. The weather was great all week. Thanks for the use of your beautiful condo. Hopefully we'll return next year!
