Well maintained oceanfront studio condominium just 75 yards from the water. F-9 is one of the nicest units at Sand Dollar Resort. The well-equipped kitchen is featured on the Sand Dollar website and photos of the unit can be seen in Sand Dollar marketing literature. In June 2007, new floor tile was installed throughout including the lanai. In addition, the ample bathroom has been completely remodeled with new wall and floor tile as well as new lighting, all fixtures and large glass block shower. This unit has been redecorated with new draperies and the furniture has been upholstered with Waverly and Robert Allen decorator fabrics and tropical artwork. Automatic hot water heater installed in 2008 so you won't run out of hot water. TV, cooktop, and refrigerator replaced. A new split unit air conditioner was just installed in February, 2011. There are also two ceiling fans in the unit and one on the lanai. The covered lanai has a table with four chairs and ample hooks for hanging wet gear. There are also 2 chaise lounge chairs provided for relaxing in the sun. This unit is very comfortable and in top condition.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the Condominium or within steps on the waterfront terrace. Unit located in the Sand Dollar Condominium complex. Complex has restaurant/bar on the property and many others within close walking distance including Patagonia, a popular Argentinian steakhouse situated on the water. Bonaire Dive and Adventure diving center on the property with instruction, equipment rentals, scheduled boat dives and unlimited shore diving available. Grocery/convenience store and bank adjacent to the property. Shopping center across the street with deli, drug store, and liquor/souvenir shop. Wireless internet available in the unit and international cell phone provided by Sand Dollar with minute cards available for purchase.
Complex swimming pool and lighted tennis courts located on the property within a short walk from the unit. Sunning terrace with new chaise lounges and access to the ocean and snorkeling within steps of this ground floor unit.
