COUSIN’S CABANA at The Villas at Sunset Beach is an elegant privately gated community and the second floor end unit directly on the beach has views in every direction. And what a beach it is, voted one of the best beaches in the world in 2010! We also provide our guests complementary beach service (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) to make your vacation complete.
While the outside gives guests the feeling of a lovely Mediterranean villa, the inside offers comfort that makes one feel like they are truly in a tropical paradise. Each room has been tastefully decorated with designer decor for comfort-- a retreat for every season!
The living area provides not only the ocean view, but also the view of the pool. The kitchen is fit for a gourmet cook and extremely well equipped and the adjoining dining area is large and spacious. The living room includes lots of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace for the entire crowd to gather. The new 55' HD flat screen TV with surround sound, HD cable and a Blue Ray DVD player (along with complementary video rental) provides the perfect setting to enjoy sports or to have a movie night for the family. There is even a stereo to relax to your favorite tunes. We have taken care to anticipate the needs of our guests.
The balcony is the perfect extension of the living area and is fully furnished and allows for Gulf-view dining or lounging with the sound of the waves providing the background music. There is NO 'bad view' in the unit!
The master bedroom is a true sanctuary. With a king sized Tempurpedic Cloud bed, luxury linens, iHome stereo, a new 37” HD flat screed TV, private sitting area, his and her vanities, jetted bathtub for two, large walk-in shower with rain shower head, separate dressing room and large closets, what more could anyone ask for! The sitting area is perfect for reading your favorite book or having you morning coffee in the bay window. There is really nothing like waking up to the view of your own palm tree.
The other two bedrooms (each with their own bath) are comfortably appointed one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds and both have TV’s with DVD & VCR’s. All bedrooms have custom-made linens that were designed specifically with the guest in mind. In addition, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Overall 2,100 square feet give our guests and their families plenty of room to get together and lots of nooks and crannies in which to have some alone time.
Whether you want to spend time in the sun by the ocean front heated pool, swim in the surf, walk to Rosemary Beach for shopping or “to do” lunch, or just relax inside in the cool, comfort, and quiet - you have it all in this outstanding villa--Unit C-201!
Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

This condo is beautiful! I wish I could stay here for many reasons. First, the view ... oh the view is amazing! Also, the beds are comfy, it is easier to have a code than a key and also the Blue Ray DVD's and the buggie boards are the best! I will never forget this place. We had another relaxing, enjoyable stay. Even though the weather was pretty chili the majority of the time, we managed to enjoy the little bit of warm weather. We definitely did a lot of cooking and shopping. I will be planning our next vacation for fall to return back to this wonderful condo/location. About the owner: Cousin's Cabana is the family gathering retreat of two cousins: Debbie from Atlanta and Beth from Nashville. Debbie is married to Jeff, an investment adviser, and they have two wonderful children. Beth is married to Carl, a commercial real estate agent, and she also has two children. The Cousins had been looking for their special place for almost 1 1/2 years and within seconds of walking into Cousin's Cabana, they knew that they had found their piece of paradise.
Why the Owner Chose Other Rosemary Beach Properties:
The Cousins have loved the 30A area and had been coming down for family breaks for years. However, the Villas of Sunset Beach offered not only the perfect condo but also set back and away from the congention of 30A.
