COMFORTABLE FURNISHINGS - Nicely carpeted, tiled and newly painted, it has all new furnishings including a solid cherry wood master bedroom set with king-size comfort-top mattress, two night stands, and two dressers. The master suite has a dressing room and walk-in closet. The guest room has a queen-size comfort mattress and double closet. Bedding, linens and towels are provided.

FULLY-LOADED KITCHEN - Naturally, the kitchen is fully loaded with all the conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, new dinnerware and cookware, everything but your own personal chef! Enjoy cooking with a view of the backyard, and the kitchen is part of the Arizona great room, too.
