This elegant beachside beauty has three covered and uncovered decks that span the entire length of the house with a peek of the Gulf from the top floor deck and a view of soaring palm trees from the other decks. Enjoy all the amenities of a brand new custom home, with the added bonus of being right near the beach! This spacious new home, in the exclusive resort area of Pirates Beach, on Galveston Island's West End, is just perfect for your escape. Everything is here for you. All you need to do is bring your food, clothes and suntan lotion.
The floor plan can easily accommodate your group with 3 1/2 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths (enough so everyone can get ready quickly!). The house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests (if all the convertible sofa and futon beds are utilized, you can accommodate up to a maximum of 16 guests). There is enough parking for four cars in the driveway.
Come enjoy the elegantly appointed rooms in a palette of custom paint colors, the peacefulness of the three large decks and some limited views of the sparkling ocean from the airy top floor bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms and the living room, have large glass sliding doors that open on to spacious decks. The house also boasts an outdoor shower and ample seating in the shaded patio area. The covered patio is cool, even under the mid day sun. The upper decks are perfect for star gazing, after a long day on the beach. In the mornings, take your coffee up to the top deck for a bird’s eye view.
In the new gourmet kitchen you will find birch cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and an ample supply of serving dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and flatware for everyone. Everything is all new. You can use the breakfast bar for casual dining or you can eat in the separate dining room. The lower level patio and the three decks are also a wonderful spots to enjoy a meal. You simply need to bring the ingredients for a fabulous meal, many which are available in the neighbor hood stores, two blocks away.
After a fun day at the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower to wash the sand off and then have a seat in the cool patio area, while the charcoal fire heats up in the barbeque grill! For those with kids, there is a high chair and portable crib available on request. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
Enjoy a great location! You will be close enough to the Gulf to view the ocean and feel the sea breezes and only a five minute walk to the protected neighborhood beach! This beach home is less than a 10 minute drive (8 miles) to the hustle and bustle of Galveston restaurants and shops and just under an hour to downtown Houston.
Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking.
Unlike other areas in Galveston, driving on the beach is NOT allowed in this subdivision.

My Family and I had a "WONDERFUL" mini-vacation at your beach house.......This beach house was just as described on your website.....The house was very clean and it felt like home away from home...We had a fantastic stay there and will look forward to renting your home again upon our return trip to Galveston Texas.....Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a great time, walked to the beach and drove to the Seawall boulevard several times. Great place for a family reunion. I guess the location was great, being a short drive to the Sea wall and the strand. There were several restaurant options and when we felt like we could simply walk to the beach. The house was clean, well equipped and the basic necessities were taken care of and we found the instructions fairly simple and useful in order to find what we needed. . . We found almost everything convenient considering that eventually only 12 of us were there instead of the 16 that we had planned on earlier. There was adequate sleeping arrangements for all of us and the house is very tastefully decorated...impeccable setup for a vacation. The kids loved the secret sleeping loft. . . Great home to spend time during a vacation and a convenient location to do what you really like pleasant walks to the beach and seeing Galveston, when it isn't as crowded. WOW!!! What a fabulous house you have. My group and I had a wonderful time. We got so much accomplished during our time there. Thank you so much for allowing us to make Mutineer Escape our home for the weekend. The house was very well done. Very clean, plenty of space for our group to spread out and have space alone and in groups. The house really set up good for our retreat process. The house had everything we needed. I actually picked up some "kitchen" type things and ended up not needing them because they were provided. The ladies had a FABULOUS time!!! The ladies enjoyed having the feeling of home away from home. Would you consider staying here again? ABSOLUTLELY!!!!!!!! Your interior decorating in the Escape was beautiful and really set the mood for the weekend!! The Landings amenities were lovely as well!!! Thank you ssssssoooooo much for allowing use of your beach homes as our home away from home!! There were many lives changed within the four walls of your beach home and I know that this retreat will be embedded in the memories of each and every one of these ladies for a long, long time! I don't know your religious beliefs but I can tell you that God was truly in this place! I can't thank you enough!!!! It was a pleasure working with you and talking with you throughout these past few months! Some of the ladies and I are already thinking of setting a date for us to come back on our own and RELAX!!!! We had a wonderful stay in the beachhouse. You all have done a great job making this house perfectly comfortable for guests. If the house is still available in the future, you'll probably see us back. . . Thanks so much for making this a great vacation place for our family. What worked for our family: The fact that all three bedrooms had a full bath. Also, the fact the house had a full kitchen and laundry room. Made it feel like home. I was also impressed with the decor. It was very cozy and well decorated. There were so many special touches, including the board games and books. What can I say? What a wonderful time. . .The bunk beds were freaking awesome!. . . We absolutely loved the secret room. . . We wrote our food specials on the chalk board every day.
