This is Panama City Beach, one of Florida’s best hidden vacation destinations. Panama City Beach is one of the world's most beautiful beaches, with over twenty-seven miles of breathtaking beauty along the Gulf of Mexico.
This Condominium is situated on the fourth floor. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. This condo has been remodeled to provide a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for any guests! The private master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with drawer space and a closet. An iron, ironing board, and hair dryer is provided for your convenience. A large bunk bed area is located in the hall for additional guest to rest from a busy day at the beach. There is also a queen sleeper sofa that guest can use to rest and wake up to a beautiful view of the beach! All fine linens are cleaned on a regular basis. We have a dining area that will seat up to four guest and a bar area that will sit up to two guest. The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, toaster, blender, stove/oven, ice maker, place setting for eight, cookware and bowls for serving up a delicious meal after a hot day on the beach. For your viewing enjoyment we have provided cable TV/DVD/VCR,and a video library. Books and Novels are provided for quiet time to read on the beach, or just lay on the couch or balcony to relax. Board games are provided for special family time and competition. There is a phone in the den and master bedroom to use if you would like to hang around the condo and call in for pizza or make dinner reservations. This is the perfect condo to rent! You will be very close to fabulous dining, terrific shopping, and great restaurants in the area. It is within walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Club and much more! Summit features two swimming pools, one heated, two kiddie pools, poolside Tiki bar, on-site beach service, hot tubs, beauty shop, game room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, jet-skis, and wave runners, all right on-site.
SORRY NO PETS AND NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY! This condo is cleaned by the owners to ensure every guest a clean and refreshing unit for their stay.
