This condo 1500 sq. foot unit has a fully stocked kitchen, Dining room, and living room with sofa bed for extra sleeping. Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own full bath. Bedroom #1 has two twin beds. Bedroom # 2 has one queen bed. This room also has it own entry if needed. Each bed is made with Egyptian cotton sheets and fresh linens provided in each bath. The kitchen is fully stocked. Coffee, sugar, cream is provided.
The view from this condo is beautiful. It sits on the golf course, views of the ski resort and occasional wild life are beautiful both summer and winter.
Located on the north/west end of the complex gives you easy access to shopping on Park Ave.
Tennis courts are just out the front door.
Covered parking!!! Attached to the unit, makes carrying luggage, groceries and equipment a breeze.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation: Full refund, less $100 handling fee upon 60 days notice prior to arrival date. . If cancellation occurs within the 45 day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Why the Owner Chose Park Avenue
My four sisters and I are from St. George, Utah. Park City was always a quick getaway. So one thing led to another and before you knew it we had purchased 6 condos. Each season is incredible, every time we arrive it feels like home and we instantly have a renewed sense of energy. Park City is known for winter activities, but there is so much more. Spring is beautiful, summer is exciting with a menu of activities and fall......I can’t even describe the beautiful crisp air and color. I would definitely encourage people to come during the fall. WOW is all you will be able to say!!! When our guest books a condo, I get a feel for who they are and I do my best to meet their needs. Our housekeeper Pam has gone the extra mile to make sure our guest are welcomed with a super clean condo. This is incredibly important to us, because we travel and we always come home with a new idea on how to make people feel more comfortable. In fact, many of our guests are return customers and even though we have not met face to face, I feel like they are my friends. We would love to have the opportunity to host you as our guest. We are always happy to answer any questions. REMEMBER THERE IS MORE TO PARK CITY THAN SNOW!!!!

Our units are modern, fully stocked, super clean and comfortable we tried to think of everything. We are always open to suggestions too. All of our Park Ave units have washer/dryers free internet access, covered parking, super comfy beds. Lots of towels, laundry soap, baggies, spices, tinfoil, crock pots, sugar, cream, coffee, garbage bags, dish cloths, paper towels, . These are the little things we need when we travel, so we assume you do to. As I said we are always on board when someone suggests we get something. Always room to grow and learn. Come stay with us and let us know how we are doing. I’m pretty sure you’ll be happy in every way!

I am the youngest of 5 girls. My oldest sister Linda and I have partnered up to form Pollock Sisters LLC. We own and manage all of our units. We absolutely love what we do. We are crazy when we jump into a remodel, but when they are finished they are exactly what we want. We choose to decorate with thrift store and yard sale items. It’s our way of recycling; we have fun and come up with some definitely interesting items. Don’t worry beds and linens are all new. We stay in each of our units as much as possible, just to make sure everything is up to par. We live in St. George Utah about 5.5 hours from Park City. I also work for the Alzheimer’s Association as their community outreach coordinator. Linda is retired and takes care of our 88 year old mom (she is more like a 60 year old). Our dad passed away September of 08, we miss him so much. Dad helped us with most of the remodeling and we had great times with him there. We are a couple of busy girls, and Park City is our little bit of Pride and joy!! If we get a little tired of things down south we always have the excuse we need to run to Park City to work. HA! When you arrive in Park City even work is wonderful!!! Come see for yourself.
