The condo is the perfect vacation spot for two families. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private jetted Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size sofa sleeper, TV/VHS and its own private bath and entrance. The second bedroom also has its own balcony to sit outside and relax.
The loft upstairs has two twin beds, a full size sofa sleeper and its own bathroom. Perfect place for the kids to watch TV and play Nintendo(with games).
The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, TV/DVD/CD player. Off the living room is a balcony overlooking the town of Winter Park.
A full kitchen and dining room stocked with all the necessary appliances make it enjoyable to eat in or you can easily walk to any of the delicious restaurants in Winter Park.
Underground garage keeps winter snow and summer sun and rain off your vehicle. Elevator access and luggage carts make it easy to move in. Skis or other equipment can be stored in you own locked hallway storage closet.
Amenities include laundry facilities, located on the same floor. The complex has two oversized hot tubs downstairs. Pets are not allowed and Please No Smoking.
