Welcome to Sailfish Villa, located only a 1 1/2 block walk to the beach, Anglins Fishing Pier, and the downtown area of this tourist friendly, beachside community. This vacation townhome has been designed for your complete enjoyment, with TLC and attention to detail. Beautifully decorated throughout in a tropical motif, spacious and comfortable.

It is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Directly across the street is a Family Friendly Park. It includes a path (with fitness stations), for walking, jogging, or rollerblading. There are two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, a bocci-ball court, 3 shuffle-board courts, a Playground and a large field with soccer nets.

The view from the living room opens through large sliding glass doors, to the private fenced in pool courtyard. The sparkling pool is surrounded by lush tropical foliage, an umbrella patio table and chairs, a chaise lounge and a BBQ grill, all for your enjoyment and relaxation.

The new modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. There is a convenient pass-thru to the dining room. The living room has a ceiling fan and features a large L-shaped leather couch, a tiled counter wet bar, complete with sink and four stools. There is even a fully functioning fireplace. The living room has a large screen cable TV, DVD player, and stereo/CD player. The kitchen and dining room area is beautifully tiled and the living room is carpeted in rich berber. A half bath is located just off the foyer.

The Master suite has a king size bed, TV/VCR, and a large walk in closet. Its sliding glass doors open out onto a balcony overlooking the pool courtyard. The master bath is extra large with lots of counter space, two mirrored walls and has its own skylight. The second bedroom has a queen size bed TV/VCR, a large closet and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have wood beamed ceilings, ceiling fans, and are also carpeted in rich berber. The bedrooms loft hallway features another skylight. There is also a rollaway bed.

Sailfish Villa has the added convenience and security of a one car garage and an electronically locked front entrance gate. The laundry facilities are a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All linens are provided, including extra beach towels.

Located within a 3-10 minute walk is the beach, restaurants from fine dining to sub sandwiches, a bakery, shops and boutiques, drug store, grocery store, and water sport rentals. Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is a 20 minute drive away. As are many other activities and attractions.

As an added bonus, you will have a local contact available for area information, recommendations, directions, etc. Please do not hesitate to take advantage of this service. Grocery shopping before your arrival, maid service during your stay, or anything else you may desire, just ask. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. Children are more than welcome, however the townhome and pool are not child proofed. Owner will not assume responsibility for any accidents or injuries.

Pets are welcome at owners discretion, with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $75.

Smoking is not permitted inside the townhouse.

A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required to hold the reservation. All rentals are subject to 11% state tax. A cleaning fee of $150 is required.
