With four bedrooms plus a study and four and a half baths, SEAWATCH will sleep up to ten (10) guests in total comfort, plus a baby in crib. The large gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, quality furnishings, elevator, enormous covered and open decks, and private dune walkover insure that you and your family will enjoy all the comforts of home... and maybe more!
SEAWATCH is situated on three levels. On the ground floor is a double garage, mud room, and a fenced back yard. Stairs or the elevator will take you to the main floor, which is on the second level.
On the main floor is the primary living space, with an open living-dining-kitchen area, as well as two master suites with queen beds, private baths, and walk-in closets. Both bedrooms open to the large covered porch which runs the length of the house. Also on the main level are a large laundry room, powder room, and computer alcove with fax/printer and wireless high speed Internet connection! Bring your laptop!
On the top level are two additional bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen) which share a large bath with separate vanities. A cozy den with queen sleeper, private bath, kitchenette, and another laundry complete this level. All rooms overlook the ocean with panoramic views.
The main level covered deck offers plenty of space for cooking, eating, and relaxing. Adirondack chairs and loungers are perfect for reading or snoozing in the shade, to the sounds of the ocean. Two dining tables with seating for eight (8) provide a perfect spot for those grilled steaks or fresh seafood! From the second level deck, you reach the beach via a private "dune walkover" which is gated and perfectly safe for little ones. An outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water, as well as easy access to the powder room insures that you don't have to bring the beach inside!
Outdoor stairs join the main level deck with the top level, allowing early risers sleeping there to grab a cup of coffee from the kitchenette and head to the beach to watch the sunrise... all without disturbing those late sleepers on the second level! Also on the third level is a great uncovered deck, opening off the two bedrooms. This is a delightful spot to take advantage of the panoramic views!

Our best friends, a family of 6, moved to Florida a year ago and this was our first chance to spend time with them. The beach house is very well laid out so that no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather in the spacious living/dining room area. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the rental agent was most helpful answering all our questions and the home was absolutely spotless. Best of all, the beach was just steps away and we spent many hours just walking along, chatting and looking for shells. The sunrises were beautiful, as were the stars at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again next year.

This gorgeous home is just several years old so everything is completely updated and in tip-top condition. We couldn't have asked for a better or nicer place for our Thanksgiving family get-together. Seawatch was beautifully furnished, but comfortable and inviting. With our 7 family members ranging in ages from 12 to 85, the expansive living spaces made it possible for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves and do their own thing. The real bonus was waking each morning to the sound of the surf and being able to walk a few feet off the deck to a secluded and quiet beach. Thank you, Judy at Wren Beach Rentals for making our get-together totally enjoyable and memorable!

We rented Seawatch and a second home (Ocean Blue) just down the road, from Wren Beach Rentals to accomodate eight gentlemen on a golf trip. Seawatch was our gathering and cooking home. This home was very spacious, well kept and clean. The location is very accessible from JAX, and was within easy driving distances from all the golf courses we played. The folks at Wren Beach Rentals were easy to deal with, access to homes was made very easy, and everything advertised was provided.

We wanted to say Thank You to Wren Beach Rentals for providing our family with a beautiful rental. We loved everything about Seawatch & enjoyed spending the 4th of July in South Ponte Vedra. The home itself was perfect for our family group of 10, who all agreed that their travel from Tennessee, Colorado, & Arizona was well worth it. The home was spacious, spotless & filled with every amenity one could need. And while the house was great - nothing compares to the beach...we were so impressed by the sandy shores & crystal clear water. We enjoyed walking the beach for shells, swimming in the waves & relaxing while soaking up some sun. 2011 Spring Break at Seawatch

We have stayed at several properties in the Vilano Beach/South Ponte Vedra area over the years and this property was the best we've encountered. The house is laid out perfectly for a big family or large party with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs as well as plenty of bathrooms and storage space. The large porch and ample seating allowed us all to be outside eating and sitting at the same time. Unlike most houses along the water, this house had yard play areas for the kids for when they were taking a break from the beach. If you don't know the area, this house is situated conviently between restaurants to the south and north. The nearest Publix supermarket is only 15 minutes away so food runs are very easy. The beach access is very easy the privacy of this stretch of beach is amazing. There is not a public beach access close to this house so we saw only a handful of people the entire week. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the beach!

As they mentioned, the fenced in yard is very unusual in this area and provides a safe play space for children. The beach feels like it is your very own since public access points several miles away and the area consists solely of single family homes on the ocean and a lovely preserve on the other side of the road! If you are looking for a quiet beach, spacious and well appointed home, but easy access to shopping and activities both north (Ponte Vedra) and south (St. Augustine), Seawatch is perfect.

The house was gorgeous, clean and well-maintained, but the real prize was the beach ;) Sunrises were gorgeous. The beach is quite large at low tide...lots of shells and space to lounge. The kids even flew kites one day . Very private, just a little piece of heaven. Great location, just a few miles from St. Augustine. Lots of kids toys in the garage and lots of room in the house to have some quiet time if needed. We hope to visit again and highly recommend. Also, Judy is wonderful to deal with :)

Booking via email is always a bit leery but we all loved this place - it was big, clean and very well maintained. It was close to golf courses and the City of St. Augustine which has much history and exceptional shops. We had 8 people (4 couples) and this house worked perfect for everyone. The only mistake we made was not booking it for longer. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend or colleague as well as Cap's Restaurant just 2 miles south of the house. We appreciated the quick response to all of our inquiries, both during the booking process and while we were on site.

The house was perfect. All the descriptions and photos provided were excellent. It was spotless and well maintained. The grill is too small for 10 people occupying the house but we made it work. We really enjoy grilling. I have recommended it to friends and family. Wren Beach Rentals is so easy to work with. Judy is very easy to reach. We were in town for the marathon so didn't do any other activities or any restaurants. The non-runners enjoyed the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seawatch. The accommodations worked very well for four couples. Everyone remarked how clean and well furnished the home was and particularly how well equipped the kitchen was; and the beach was just a short walk right off the deck. We definitely recommend this home. Also, Judy Wren at Wren Beach Rentals was very helpful and great to work with.
