My charming southeasterly facing condo has two large bedroom suites and two adjoining bathrooms. It has been recently painted, retiled, and has an upgraded kitchen. The livingroom and both bedrooms open up to an extended walled patio overlooking manicured lawns and the pool/spa area. White plantation shutters and ceiling fans decorate each room. You'll find this unit very clean, well maintained, and a short walk to the clubhouse and driving range.
Palm Desert Resort Country Club is a guard gated community consisting of 960 single story units built around a Ted Robinson par 72 championship golf course. There are also 13 tennis courts and a restaurant and bar. The Resorter is just minutes away from many attractions in the Coachella Valley. You'll want to visit El Paseo, an upscale shopping and dining area, as well as The River with its movies and restaurants.
