Enjoy the beautiful white sands of St. Pete Beach from the comfort of this newer, recently updated DIRECT GULF FRONT luxury condominium. This fourth floor unit has two balconies - one beach front off the living room and another side balcony off the second bedroom, overlooking the pool and hot tub, where you can enjoy both gulf and bay views. The balconies are complete with patio furniture. Enjoy long walks along our magnificent beach, while watching for dolphins that are often sighted along the shore.
The unit will accommodate four adults comfortably, up to six persons including children, and is fully furnished, tastefully decorated, and maintained in excellent condition. Recently updated, the condominium is equipped with all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen and two full baths have granite countertops.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, HDTV with DVD player, incl BluRay, and adjoining bath. The second bedroom has french doors to ensure privacy, with a trundle bed that converts to two twin beds or one queen-size bed (don't forget your private balcony). The living room has a sleeper sofa, and HDTV with DVD/Blu Ray player.
Beach activity rentals are a short walk away. The historic Don CeSar Hotel is a ten minute walk south along the beach, with a beach bar, restaurant, and quaint ice cream shop.. Be sure to visit Shell Island for large sea shells, only a short boat ride away. Disney World is less than two hours away, Busch Gardens less than 45 minutes. Shopping, restaurants, markets are all a short walk or drive away. Popular outdoor beach bar/restaurant with volleyball is minutes down the beach.
Gas grilles are available near the pool area.

My wife, daughter and two grandparents stayed here in February 2010 for one week. The accommodations were excellent and the sunsets from the balcony were nothing short of spectacular. The condo was within a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The rental is arranged with the owner with ease. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks again.

We recently returned from our family vacation at Vistas on the Gulf, unit 401. All five of us had a great time. The condo was just as described and fit everyone comfortably. The kids loved having their own balcony and bathroom. We had a great view of the Gulf. The kids found sand dollars daily and a wonderful collection of sea shells. They have had a visit by some manitees swimming in the gulf. Overall great place to stay! Thanks to the Scanlons!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family stayed at this condo early July 2010 and it felt like home - beautiful cozy furnishings! It was very clean and well maintained and everything about it was exactly as the owner described. The gulf front view was beautiful and was great to have a 2nd balcony with an awesome view too. We go to St. Pete every year and we love this location, too - close to the Undertow and Sandbar Bills! The owner was very responsive to my questions and very accomodating - would definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay here again.

My wife, son and I stayed in this beautiful condo in late April early May 2008. From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were 'home'. Tastefully decorated, plenty of towels and linens, along with cutlery, dishes etc., spotless - and what a few of the beach! We were just a minute away from the grocery store, restaraunt and other amenities. And, the owner had the utmost courtesy and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. We hope to have the pleasure of staying here again in the very near future.

Our family has had a wonderful week here. Thank you for allowing strangers to stay in your home, although we felt as if it were our home. Our 15 and 12 year old daughters especially loved having their own balcony, and our twelve year old son was happy to have a television of his own. My husband and I have had a long needed and relaxing vacation.
