*Only 1,000 steps from our door to the beach; simply throw your gear on our beach cart and stroll off to Hilton Head Island’s fabulous beach.
*One block to the island's many biking and hiking paths.
*Less than 1/2 mile to Coligny Plaza with its shops, cafes, and restaurants.
*Sea Pines, with its world famous Harbour Town, is only minutes away.
*On-site: (free) tennis courts and 3 pools, the closest pool is only steps from our front door (but far enough away that noise isn't an issue).
*One block to Van Der Meer Tennis Academy with covered courts.
*For golf, you're sure to find what you're looking for with numerous golf courses located on HHI and nearby off-Island. In addition there are Miniature Golf Courses and Golf Schools, all of which are within a short drive.
There is something for everyone, whether it's a family vacation, romantic retreat, tennis or golf outing, and the best of what Hilton Head Island offers is always nearby.
Our charming and delightful villa is ideally situated near the front of the complex, closest to the beach, with a beautiful view of the peaceful, lush grounds from our rear deck. This 1,300 sq. ft. villa is townhouse style, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs). It is perfectly suited for a family to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing vacation on the island. It's also perfect for two or three couples traveling together, a foursome looking to play great golf or tennis, or as a romantic and spacious getaway for two. It is upgraded with travertine tile, granite countertops, stainless appliances, marble countertops in all bathrooms, ceiling fans in each room, and crown moulding throughout.
The living area has an entertainment center and roomy seating on the sofa and love seat. Included are cable TV with over 100 channels plus 45 music channels, VCR, DVD, and wireless high-speed Internet.
The dining area seats 4, and an open counter with bar stools surrounding the kitchen offers 4 additional seats. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-size stainless side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, and microwave.
A large sliding glass door in the living room leads to the deck and the quiet, peaceful, and lush backyard area for enjoying your morning coffee. A gas grill and patio table are available, as well as beach chairs for our guests' use.
On the 1st floor, you'll find an attractive and comfortably decorated guestroom with a comfy queen-size bed, cable TV, and full bath with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs is the inviting and warmly decorated master bedroom with a new queen-size bed, cable TV, and private full bath. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, a full-size crib, CD player, and private full bath. Additionally, a washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hall closet.
All linens (except beach towels and crib sheets) and a setup of paper products are provided. Parking is directly in front of the villa for one vehicle. Parking for a 2nd vehicle is nearby, just outside the cul-de-sac. Sorry, no pets and no smoking are allowed.
Last minute bookings may be available, and full rent and security deposit are due at the time of booking. Refund policies are the same as for regular bookings.
A security deposit of $250 is required and will be refunded in full after a post-visit inspection shows no damage or policy violations. Must be at least 25 yrs old to rent. Pay NO RESERVATION FEES!!

Year Purchased: 2004
We wanted to find a vacation destination where we would always feel comfortable. We also wanted to find a place where we could/would have wonderful memories of our children growing up, as well as having a place they would enjoy and love. We visited Hilton Head for our honeymoon and fell in love with it! This was the place! But, as you know, life can't always be spent at the beach so we decided to open our villa to others who wanted a similar experience. We ourselves visit our beach villa several times throughout the year, and as we had hoped, our children get so excited when we go to the "beach house." We certainly appreciate you considering us to stay with, and hope you find Hilton Head and our villa as enjoyable as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Breeze
We selected our villa in the South Forest Beach location due to its proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, bike paths, etc. The property itself is quiet, relaxing, and peaceful, but the moment you reach the street all the activities and fun of Hilton Head are close by.

"Everything was great. We have stayed at SeaScape, Tanglewood and even a couple of houses on North Forest Beach in the past, but we really enjoyed this trip the best. Your condo is the perfect size for our family. We are hoping to stay again next year, and hopefully make this an annual trip for our family. I also wanted to thank Wendy for getting a service man to the condo to fix a switch on the dryer within a couple of hours after receiving my call. Best of wishes to your family."

"We had a wonderful time in your home. It was so comfortable, and I chose this unit because it was so "kid friendly." The crib and booster seat made packing so much easier. We had perfect weather and enjoyed going to the beach and pool each day. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to Coligny. We had a good meat at Marleys and grilled lots of meals on the deck. We are definitely lloking at coming back again. Thanks."

"Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa here on Hilton Head Island. Love the spacious rooms and especially the kitchen with the stainless appliances! We enjoyed time at the beach (except for the jellyfish), 2 of the 3 pools and the bike trails. We ate at Mellow Mushroom (twice), Wild Wing Cafe and Salty Dog but missed out on the Sea Shack (again)! Kids loved the Mellow Mushroom especially. I highly recommend Bi-Lo for groceries as it is much closer than Publix and their sushi was yummy. Loved your bookshelf and have some new titles to look for when we get home. Thanks again!"

"Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa! Everything was so clean when we arrived and the location is perfect! We enjoyed going to the beach and the pool every day. The boys enjoyed four days of golf, (Hilton Head National was just beautiful!), while the gilrs enjoyed a massage at Faces Day Spa. All of the food we had was delicious! Marley's Island Grill was probably our favorite but I think we all agreed we never had a bad meal. Again, your location is wonderful, soo close to great restaurants and shops. Our first trip to Hilton Head was enjoyable and relaxing. Your beautiful villa was a huge part of that experience. Thank you so much again!"
