The Best Lit'l Beach House is situated in the heart of quaint Mexico Beach. It is walking distance to the pier, marina, shops and restaurants. Perfect for families who want to relax, have the comforts of home, stay in town, but enjoy privacy. Other homes in this price category have views of the road or other townhomes. At the Best Lit'l Beach House you can hear and see the gentle waves from the main floor or master 10 x 20' decks. Its tastefully decorated with neutral furnishings. Enjoy the gas grill, outdoor shower, casual dining area on the first level.
The second level takes you up to the tiled great room with leather, queen-size sofa, TV, DVD/VHS, Stereo, a fully appointed kitchen, half bath and laundry. The top floor has two separate master suites, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size. All rooms have ceiling fans, cable TV, decks, and a full bath. Best Lit'Beach House is 150 feet to the sand with no road to cross.
You will relax right after you enter this beautiful, clean home and walk on one of the best groomed beaches in the panhandle. Please no smoking or pets.

Will be staying in this GREAT unit next week for the fourth time. It is a clean and a "just right" place to stay in Mexico Beach. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you Chuck!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed in this townhouse for a week in May & absolutely loved it! We had never been to Mexico Beach before but we will definitely come back! The place was perfect! So clean & spacious! Beautiful views from the balconies & just a very comfortable place. We are all in agreement that when we get to come back we want to stay in this same place again! It had everything we needed & the floor plan was perfect. Love this little town, where you can walk or ride bikes everywhere! And the kids loved riding their bikes to Denny's Dawgs everyday for lunch! Just an over all great vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We have stayed here for quite a few years and each time we have enjoyed it. The owners are wonderful and we have never had any problems with this place. Its clean, comfortable, and perfect for either a family or couple. Hope to be able to get there this year as well.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hi! We're Chuck and Julie, we live in S. California, and this is our second home. We love Mexico Beach,it reminds us of the beach Julie grew up on. No crowds, traffic lights, or chain restaurants...just a great place to relax on a white sand beach with warm water, great fishing, shelling, and boating! This home is perfect for one or two couples or families with several children. We are the original owners and we hope you will experience our "Best Little Beach House!"
Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach:
We looked at a number of beach areas when we lived full time in Florida and wanted a more laid back place with beautiful water and beaches. We found it in Mexico Beach, shops and restaurants, great people, and no traffic lights! Enjoy day trips to St Joe, Appalachicola, Cape San Blas, Panama City, or Destin.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Its a very clean,newer property, on the beach side of the road. It has views of the water from both levels facing the beach. The upper deck has a hammock for napping or reading. We get great feed-back from people and appreciate many repeat renters. All new funiture, cable, hi-speed internet,gas grill, full kitchen, and you won't mind the short walk back to the home,from the beach, to refill drink glasses or grab a snack!
