We looked at a number of beach areas when we lived full time in Florida and wanted a more laid back place with beautiful water and beaches.We found it in Mexico Beach,small shops and restaurants great people and no traffic lights!But its close to St Joe, Appalachicola, Cape San Blas, and Panama City.

Its a very clean,newer property,on the beach side of the road,it has views of the water from both levels facing the beach,the upper deck has a hammock.We get great feed back from people that have rented from us and are having repeat renters as well.All new funiture,cable, hi-speed internet,gas grill,full kitchen,and the beach!
