This is the nicest accommodation and the best beach location in Nosara. My house is in the Beaches of Nosara, Costa Rica and sits next to the Pacific Ocean on the most prime beachfront land on Playa Guiones, world famous for its surfing waves. The Studio is a one minute walk to the surf, warm blue Pacific Ocean waters and white sand beach perfect for swimming, surfing, walking and yoga. The quality of the accomodation is unsurpassed in Nosara. The property was run for several years as a small boutique hotel called the Casita Romantica. It is now a private home.
Playa Guiones is world-famous for its white sand, blue waters, pristine natural setting and consistent surfing waves. Playa Guiones is a National Marine Refuge and is protected from development. The water temperature year round is above 80-degrees. There are no developments or hotels for miles on this beach. All of Playa Guiones is a part of the Ostional Silvestre Marine Turtle Refuge.
The gardens and swimming pool make the Studio a very relaxing get away. We are a tranquil place that follows the rythmns of sunrise and sunset. Shopping and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
The Studio has modern and quiet air conditioning. The Studio is 380 square feet. There is hot water and modern appliances.
The kitchen area has a stove top, refrigerator and kitchen sink. Yes, we have lots of hot water. There is a toaster, blender and coffee maker. There is a built-in table inside for two and rocking chairs on the terrace. Washer and dryer access can be arranged on premises free of charge.
Within a 5-minute walk are the supermarket and three restaurants, including one only seconds away for breakfast, lunch or dinner. An internet cafe is a few minutes walk and has call back to the USA for 10 cents per minute.
Wireless internet service is included if you want to bring your own laptop or iPhone.
We are tranquil place for eight years now. You will come back again. This is truly the Pura Vida you are seeking.

I live in Nosara because of the incredible, laid-back lifestyle with great food, fun, the energy of the Yoga community and the calming force of incredible nature surrounding me. I live bordering to the marine turtle nesting refuge, an important part of the conservation effort in Costa Rica. If you love warm ocean waters, safe swimming, great sand and vibrant nature, this is the place. This is a lifestyle community, not a tourist trap. Human over development has not ruined Nosara, so far.
Why the Owner Chose Nosara
This is THE best location in the beaches of Nosara for surf, a walking vacation and walking access to restaurants, night clubs and markets. The property is on a dead end road, which ends at the beach.
