My wife and I went to enjoy a long weekend for our aniversary. I rented this villa based on the reviews I saw. I can tell you this locations is perfect!! If you enjoy a peaceful location, enjoy tennis, and a short walk to the beach, you will love this location. The villa was clean and had everything we needed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

We spent five weeks in this lovely property and enjoyed it immensely. The view is fabulous including dolphins in the cove which we watched from the living room. The beach is a very short walk away and is wonderful for bike riding,walking and watching sunsets and dolphins. The owners are very nice and helpful.

This was our 5th visit to Hilton Head/Sea Pines and as soon as we opened the door and stepped into this villa we said, "Oh, wow!" The view from the living room/dining room and the bedroom of South Beach Marina was beautiful. Each day we enjoyed a morning walk on the beach and then returned for an afternoon of sun and relaxation and all of this was just a short walk from our room. We enjoyed being close to the activity of South Beach yet the room was quiet and peaceful which was important to us. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay in this villa, and we will return. I will not even spend the time looking for something else!

Spent a lovely fall weekend here. We enjoyed sunrises over the water from the condo porch and the quick trip to the beach across the street. A great little spot right next to South Beach. Owners were a pleasure to deal with--we'll go back.
