Lakeside, two story, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bath house that sleeps 6 to 8 people.
Among the finest views of Coeur d'Alene Lake, Mount Spokane and breathtaking sunsets, will be enjoyed from this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home. Easy car access to the back door. A wrap-around deck offers ample room for eating, sleeping, or just sitting and taking in the view. The kitchen has granite countertops, two sinks, and two ovens. The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor. Two bedrooms and a bath are in the loft. The walls and most ceilings are Canadian red cedar.
The beach is quite private. The water is always clean due to the rock and gravel floor. Water shoes are recommended. A fire pit is for those evening s'mores and enjoying the evening sky. The large dock has a covered boat slip. The home is completely furnished with dishes, linens, sheets and most everything needed for a comfortable vacation. There are two bike trails within a 30 minute drive.
On Coeur d'Alene Lake, easy access by auto to the back door is rare and something to consider.
I have made arrangements for boat rental far less than the $425.00 per 8-hr day in Coeur d'Alene.
I have met many fine people by renting my home. They have been appreciative and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
You move in, I will move out, and we will both have a wonderful vacation.
