    This house was ansolutely amazing for myself &I the Bachelorette Party I was with! We had several first timers for Nashville, and to be able to experience the city &you go back to this beautiful home &be relax with the girls was the best! We had such a great time, &you I cannoy stress enough how the house made us feel at home with its attention to detail in design &you it definitely captured the feel of Nashville! I would definitely reccommend this to anyone who is wanting to experienc Nashville & relax at the same time!

    This house was so beautiful! The details in the home were perfect, and the managers of the home were very nice and helpful throughout our weekend stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Nashville. We had such a great experience, and Jennifer was great to work with. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks again for a great experience in Nashville, and I hope to visit your home again soon!

    We were looking for a central location to host friends and family as 2 in the party completed the Nashville Ultra-Marathon (50 miles); Jennifer's house was the perfect match. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown as well as the ultra route. Being at the house allowed us to make meals and enjoy each others company in the many rooms, while allowing the runners an early turn-in to the upstairs bedrooms. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook/entertain. The folks that did the check-in/check-out were accommodating and helpful. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone who is travelling to Nashville. Thanks, Juby Family & Friends

    The home worked great for our group (3 couples), everything was as promised in this beautiful home and quiet neighborhood. We used taxi's for our excursions but very easy to access everything. Would recommend Demo's restaurant, well worth the wait - great food and very reasonable prices. Loved our visit to Nashville and of course always more to see and do so we may have to return again. Would stay in this home again!

    We were in town for our daughter's wedding and loved having such a great place to stay with our family. The home is warm and welcoming and glad to have had all the comforts of home where we could relax and be together for such a happy occasion. Kitchen was very well equipped - bedrooms comfortable - and nice, quiet neighborhood convenient to groceries, gas, interstate, etc. Thanks so much for the lovely personal touches in your home and the great book collection. Loved hearing how you named Shaw Manor!!

    This house was great. It has everything you need while on vacation. It is in a good location and you are close to all the entertainment Nashville provides. I would recommend everyone to see Opry Land Hotel, Opry Mills Mall, General Jackson Boat and the Hermitage (Pres. Jackson's home). The most you would have to drive is about 10 minutes to everything I mentioned from this house's location. The house is decorated wonderfully. The owner is a very talented person. The person that welcomes you to your rental is very friendly and helpful in telling you about the house and will give you ideas on good places to eat. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and they provide you with all the towels and linens that you need. When we go back to Nashville, I hope we can rent this house again. I will recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville.

    This house was amazing! It was better than the pictures posted online. Very clean, modern, and cozy. It was just a short drive into the city. It had everything we needed while we were there. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and 2 full bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space. I would definitely recommend this house! We can't say anything bad about it. We will be returning hopefully again someday. Rachel

    Jennifer's Home is graciously appointed, gorgeous and has everything you need. It is in a wonderful, safe neighborhood with friendly, helpful neighbors. It was perfect for an extremely fun Nashville vacation for "the girls". It is a short drive to everything, Grand Ole Oprey, Music Row, Oprey Mills... Plus, there are some restaurants around the corner that you must try. Just look at Jennifer's suggestions and you cannot go wrong. The property managers, Jim and Paula, are there to explain anything and help with whatever you need. So friendly! We could not have been more pleased with our Home Away From Home and all Nashville has to offer!!! We are already thinking about how we can squeeze in another trip :)))

    A group of eight of us stayed in Jennifer's beautiful home for four nights in April. The home was delightful. It had absolutely everything you could ask for or need for a home away from home vacation. We loved the backyard! We took full advantage of it during the beautiful mornings and evenings. The house is located close to many popular venues, grocery and wine stores! We were five minutes to the Opry, the outlets and ten minutes to downtown. We have rented many homes during our vacations and this one is truly top-notch. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again to Jennifer and to Jim who made our arrival and departure such a breeze.

    This house is absolutely everything you expect it to be and much, much more! The owner has taken great pride in this house and it shows in every room. The backyard with sitting area and firepit was an added bonus to the rental property. We had eight adults staying in the house and were all very comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location, close to everything and only a short cab ride to the downtown area. The booking, the arrival and departure and the follow up after our stay were all easy and well coordinated. We loved Nashville and would not hesitate to rent this property again and again when we return. Thank you for making our trip so easy!

    Easter in Nashville was great as our stay here was perfect. The house was the perfect size for my 3 granddaughters to crawl and play. We used the grill every night. The beds were very comfortable, baths very clean, huge yard, great kitchen, - a beautiful restored home away from home. We were greeted and felt very welcomed by our host. Will come and stay again!

    Great home! We had everything we could have ever needed! The house is very comfortable and easy to get to downtown and the airport. Loved the screened in porch and enjoyed barbequeing in the back yard. Having a crib ready for us was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property.

    This house is absolutely gorgeous! From top to bottom the decor and woodwork are exquisette. The landscape and backyard are perfectly maintained and this time of year everything is in bloom! The kitchen is stocked with every cooking gizmo or gadget needed to make any gourmet meal. We hosted a bachelorette party and we all felt right at home! The location is very close to downtown and the people of Nashville are soooo friendly and hospitable. What a successful trip! I recommend this house to any and everyone!!!.

    I stayed at this property with four friends while visiting Nashville for the NCAA Tournament. The house is unbelievably decorated with such a creative flair and obviously has much hard work put into the remodeling right down to every detail! The bedrooms were comfortable and the pull out sofa adequate for a fourth person so we each had our own bed. One could easily sleep two if desired in the master and pull out beds.The location was great, about a 10 minute drive to the main downtown area, 10 to 15 minutes to the airport, a Kroger nearby and other quick restaurants if you didn't want to venture far for food. The property was quite private with a nice yard if you want to just hang out and the neighbors I did run into on morning walks were all very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel any day. The antique Coke machine really worked and you can stock it with whatever drinks you would like that fit the machine! A really nice touch! The property is impeccable and well maintained and Jim was there whenever we needed to help out with questions. Last, the description and photos are very accurate but know that it is even better in person!

    This home is perfect! Jennifer has done a beautiful job remodeling it. So much so that I wish I could live here! Everything we needed was there. I loved all the amenities & it was so close to downtown. We only had to drive down the main street for 10 minutes and we were in the heart of downtown.     Last weekend , I was excited to meet up with some friends in Nashville and to enjoy this beautiful home. We came from 7 states.I am from Humboldt, Tennessee. we chose your home after looking at others and many , many hotels. Your lovely home allowed us to be able to spend time together and things could not have been more convenient. we were just a few miles from the airport and from downtown music row.we enjoyed everything about the house and I , personally was excited about the planes taking off over head. it was cool to watch out side on the patio but I did not notice the noise from them once inside. so they did not disturb our sleep or quiet time in the home. everything was there as we needed. plenty of nice fluffy towels and if you forgot, lots of samples of shampoos and conditioners and body washes in baskets just in case. the patio and the screened in porch were both enjoyed by all. we also enjoyed the nice big gas grill. cooked out some burgers and some hot dogs one of the nites we were there. I loved the cool coke machine in the den and intended each day to buy a drink from the retro box, but did not get it done. one thing I might suggest, a pool table or a pin ball machine :) thank you for opening your home for us and I would recommend this lovely home for anyone who wants a home away from home for a great get away. one of my friends from California was so excited to see the squirrels :) we all too often take for granted all the things we see everyday . thanks for the opportunity to be with my friends and to see and experience your beautiful home and neighborhood. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Nashville and to anyone who wants a more intimate experience in the city of Country music :) ourwayband3@bellsouth.n

    What a great place to stay! I had the honor to stay in this lovely house with a small group of girlfriends last weekend. I would have loved to have stayed much longer and felt right at home from the time I pulled in the driveway! The atmosphere in this charming, historic home is really amazing - we were all so very happy to be there. The home is very well lovingly restored and very well decorated with wonderful books and magazines, great artwork and photos on the walls, a perfectly appointed kitchen and the best outdoor patio you could imagine. We spent time on the lovely little screen porch as well as had a nice cookout on the patio. Of course we spent quite a bit of time downtown as well - and could hardly ask for a more convenient location. The airport is really close, which worked out well since several of the girls flew in. We found restaurants and grocery stores nearby and were just a hop, skip and jump from the honkytonks where we enjoyed lots of great music. Thanks so much for the amazing Southern Hospitality! I sure hope I get the chance to come back some day - but if I don't, I will never forget this charming home.

    My friends and I gathered here from Connecticut, Dallas, Chicago and Baltimore for a weekend of horse riding, shopping, honkytonkin', and just relaxing. This house on Cumberland Circle was perfect! Jennifer's house has been featured in decorator magazines and it's easy to see why -- beautifully and uniquely redecorated house with lots of thoughtful amenities. Plus quiet safe neighborhood and easy ride to airport, downtown, food store. Great local steak house up on Lebanon Pike heading east. In-house wi-fi was handy for music downloads and google maps. Paula and Jim (property managers) were so helpful and generous with tips and ideas. Ask them where that steakhouse is. Can't say enough good things about this place! People, rent this house! and take care of it! Joe G
