Our spacious condominium home is a light, airy first floor end unit offering beautiful north and east unobstructed views of the ocean. The access stairs to the quiet uncrowded no-drive beach are a just few steps across A1A from the unit. Located at 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd in Seabridge North Condominiums built in 1994, it is one of the newer constructions in Ormond By the Sea and was recently tastefully redecorated. We are continually upgrading and adding to the condo for your comfort and enjoyment. We recognize the importance of your vacation time and strive to give you great value and friendly prompt replies and service. We offer the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, home base for interesting day trips or a longer stay to avoid the frigid north! Our condo is located in a residential area and offers miles of sidewalks along A1A both north and south for "cardio" or leisure walks along the ocean if you don't feel like walking on the beach itself.
You will be conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and only about 20 minutes from the hustle of exciting Daytona Beach, the Speedway, museums and more. Travel about one hour west and you are in Orlando, or north will put you in St. Augustine, go south and you will enjoy Cape Canaveral or just stay home and watch the space launches from your balcony while enjoying the fresh ocean air and sound of the waves.
The Living Room features a 27 inch TV with cable and remote, DVD, comfortable sectional with sleeper sofa. A sliding glass door opens to the wrap around balcony which offers seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and ocean view, or watch for dolphins, space shuttle launches and colorful kite boarders.
After a day at the beach, pool or sightseeing, you will appreciate the Master Suite with two ocean views: the comfortable queen bed, cable TV with remote, ample storage and walk-in closet, and its own Bathroom with large shower. The second cozy Bedroom offers two twin beds,cable TV with remote, ample storage and walk-in closet. The second Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms and Bathrooms feature quality linens.
"Well stocked" describes the kitchen with over the range microwave. Cooking, baking, and serving pans and utensils are supplied as well as coffee maker, blender, mixer, slow cooker and toaster. Everything you need to cook a little or a lot, your choice. The dining table accommodates four to six. Feel like eating out, try nearby restaurants such as Pip's Beachside Grill which is a pleasant 2 block walk away or drive a short distance to Betty's A1A or Alfie's.
Pets, boats and trailers are not allowed per association rules, and we have a no smoking policy in the home.

Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach
We appreciate the proximity to dining and entertainment while being in a residential area very close to state parks and open undeveloped land. Our condominium has a mix of friendly permanent residents and vacation families in the summer and our "snowbird" friends who return each winter.
We appreciate our return guests and "meeting online" new guests who trust us to provide them with a cozy home to rest and rejuvenate.

We are "young" retired engineer and nurse and live in Marietta, GA, just north of busy Atlanta. Our passions are our family, including 8 grandchildren who love to visit the beach, and traveling, especially cruising. We enjoy our relaxing time in the Ormond Beach/Daytona area....where life is simpler. We first visited the area in 2002 and felt at home immediately.
While at the condo we cook in as well as sample the local restaurants. There is always something new to explore or do and of course the beach is great. We try to live "healthy" and find the area a good fit for fresh air, exercise, and de-stressing.

When we arrived it was like being home again When we saw the condo my mouth dropped open-This place is absolutly beautiful-I just could not believe the decor of the -very nicely decorated. The best vacation we have ever had in Florida. That's the way we describe our stay at your condo. Janie and I, both nurses needed a quiet relaxing vacation. Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach are both beautiful but so busy. Ormond by the Sea is just as beautiful but much more laid back and relaxing. Our family needed a time to spend together. We were scared about being across the street from the ocean with small children, but it was great! Loved the location of the condo (no stairs) and the beach was uncrowded. We hope to come back to this area again and again.
