Our spacious condominium home is a light, airy first floor end unit offering beautiful north and east unobstructed views of the ocean. The access stairs to the quiet uncrowded no-drive beach are just a few steps across A1A from the unit. Located at 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd in Seabridge North Condominiums built in 1994, it is one of the newer constructions in Ormond By the Sea and was recently tastefully redecorated.
We personally manage our home and are continually upgrading and adding to the condo for your comfort and enjoyment. We recognize the importance of your vacation time and strive to give you great value and friendly prompt replies and service. We offer the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, home base for interesting day trips or a longer stay to avoid the frigid north! Our condo is located in a residential area and offers miles of sidewalks along A1A both north and south for "cardio" or leisure walks along the ocean if you don't feel like walking on the beach itself.
Feel like eating out....Lagerheads Beach Grill is a short 2 block walk south and Betty's A1A Cafe and Alfies are all excellent choices within 3-4 mile drive south.
You will be conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and only about 20 minutes from the hustle of exciting Daytona Beach, the Speedway, museums and more. We are located in the "Golden Triangle " as you can travel about one hour west to Orlando, or north will put you in St. Augustine, go south and you will enjoy Cape Canaveral.
You may prefer to just "stay home" to enjoy the ocean view from the balcony or living room and may be rewarded by the sighting of dolphin, whales and colorful kiteboarders
The LIVING ROOM features a 27 inch TV with cable and remote, DVD, comfortable sleeper sofa, and recliner. A sliding glass door opens to the wrap around balcony which offers seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and ocean view, or watch for dolphins, whales, and colorful kite boarders.
The MASTER BEDROOM offers two ocean views, a comfortable queen bed, ample storage, closet, TV and en suite bath with large shower.
The SECOND COZY BEDROOM offers two twin beds, TV , ample storage and walk-in closet. The second Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms and Bathrooms feature quality linens.
"Well stocked" describes the KITCHEN with over the range microwave. Cooking, baking, and serving pans and utensils are supplied as well as coffee maker, blender, mixer, slow cooker and toaster. Everything you need to cook a little or a lot, your choice. The dining table accommodates four to six. Feel like eating out, try nearby restaurants such as Lagerheads Grill which is a pleasant 2 block walk away or drive a short distance to Betty's A1A or Alfie's.
Sorry, pets, boats and trailers are not allowed per association rules, and we have a no smoking policy in the home.

Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach
We appreciate the proximity to dining and entertainment while being in a residential area very close to state parks and open undeveloped land. Our condominium has a mix of friendly permanent residents and vacation families in the summer and our "snowbird" friends who return each winter.
We appreciate our return guests and "meeting online" new guests who trust us to provide them with a cozy home to rest and rejuvenate.

We are "young" retired engineer and nurse and live in Marietta, GA, just north of busy Atlanta. Our interests are our family, including 8 grandchildren who love to visit the beach, traveling, especially cruising, reading and of course meeting new friends. We enjoy our relaxing time in the Ormond Beach/Daytona area....where life is simpler. We first visited the area in 2002 and felt at home immediately.
While at the condo we cook in as well as sample the local restaurants. There is always something new to explore or do and of course the beach is great. We try to live "healthy" and find the area a good fit for fresh air, exercise, and de-stressing.

The whole idea of renting a vacation condo was totally new to us. Didn't know what to expect but after reading so many positive reviews we decided to give it a try. Judy and Jark the owners could not of been more helpful. I believe renting from the owner as verses a rental company is a big plus. To put it as simply as possible THEY CARE and go out of there way to make you feel at home. We wanted for nothing. This place is fully equipped with quality bedding and linens, and clean is the word. If you are thinking of a condo vacation in Ormond Beach this is it !! Just too many positives to list. Even on the first floor the ocean view was good and parking the car at the front door very convenient. No Regrets

From the minute you walk through the door, you feel like you're at home! This condo is very spacious, bright and airy and nicely appointed. It's extremely clean and organized. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spotless and the loaction is perfect. The balcony is large and allows for many hours of relaxation. There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and full sized ironing board. The kitchen is easy to work in and fully stocked! Beach equipment is available too, including beach towels. I LOVE the fact that this condo is located on the ground level. It's an outside corner condo which allows for a larger floorplan and the convenience of no stairs! You do need to walk across A1A though to access the beach. But we found this to be no trouble (even with a 5 year old) as we were there in a few minutes. There's a hose located right outside the condo too so you can wash off any sand you may have accumulated on your feet. I should also mention that even though this condo is located right next to A1A, it's very quiet. We enjoyed a couple new restraunts this time: Lagerheads in Ormond and Carribean Jacks in Daytona. Our regular favorites: Peach Valley Cafe in Ormond, Pagano's Pizzeria in South Daytona and High Tides in Flagler Beach. I appreciate the fact that Jark & Judy take good care of their condo and give such high level of customer service. I can't see myself and my family staying anyplace else. I highly recommend this condo!

What a great comfortable condo! This is the 2nd time in 4 years that we have stayed at your Condo. It makes you feel at home, all the comforts of home and everything you need is here. The condo is very clean, the beds comfortable. Love the book with all the info on the area. I was very lucky when just searching for a place to stay 5 years ago and found the web site to search for a vacation rental. This being on the 1st floor and across from the beach adds to the convience. And to boot great people to rent from, the owners make you feel welcome. Thank you for sharing your home

This is our second time staying at this condo. We absolutely love it!! It is by far the cleanest and well stocked place we have ever stayed! Judy is wonderful in answering your questions and going above and beyond to give you information about the area. The beach and condo are not crowded and it is a wonderful place for a family to stay! We will definitely be back!!

My family and I stayed in this condo from July 18-22. It is fully equipped in every aspect, from the kitchen, linens, full size washer/dryer and beach "stuff". We had a great time and loved the first floor location. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the afternoon after a day at the beach, it is shaded and a beautiful breeze. The condo is also very clean and spacious! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay here over the week of July 4th. It was everything promised and then some! The condo was clean, well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. The view is truly beautiful, and the ocean is so close, you can hear the waves as you fall asleep. I have rented condos in this area before, but I have NEVER seen one that was as well stocked- I felt like I was in my own kitchen! Thanks so much for a lovely vacation- we will definitely return in future!

Our family enjoyed a very relaxing and fun trip to Ormond By the Sea. I enjoyed the peace and quiet on the beach and the rest of the family really liked being close to so many attractions. The condo was very comfortable and had everything that you need and more like the items for the beach. We will definitely return if we visit the area again.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful beach Condo. It is tastefully decorated , clean, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of items for the beach are also provided especially beach towels. The beach is just across the road and is miles of beautiful sandy coastline. Every restaurant we chose we had good food but we especially like the Olive Gardan in Ormond Beach & Bubba Gumps in Daytona. While we were there we were fortunate enough to see the last launch of the space shuttle Endeavour, which was fantastic for us. We would definitely recommend this Condo to others it is a lovely place for a restful holiday.

It's been a wonderful holiday here in Ormond Beach, it is the second time we are on holiday in Florida, but this location direct by the ocean we have enjoy :-) We made a trip to Kennedy Space Center and Sea World and it is highly recommended, and in addition to this we have visited many of the good restaurants in the area, been to the beach every day.
