4 weeks gone already. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We have totally relaxed in your beautiful condo. You sure have covered very possible need. I have enjoyed my walks on the beach, shopping and weekly dining out. Betty's is our fav. There was a week of very cold weather but we kept busy. Watching for the full moon to rise while at the beach was a treat. If health permits we will return. now, it is back to reality.

We had a great week. A couple of days cooler than we had hoped for but then were great for sightseeing. It was still better weather then the 18 inches of snow we left behind in MA. It is a beautiful condo and clean and quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.Thank you.

Today we are leaving and of course, regretting having to journey back to "the great white north of Canada. Listening to the ocean waves at night and looking up to the stars at night was a highlight!! Shopping too!! lol Thank you again , we hope to be back someday.

From the moment we arrived at the condo our kids felt right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. This has been one of the best places we have stayed while visiting Ormond Beach. The walk to the beach was not a bad walk expecially since the owners provided a cart to help with all the beach gear. This is definitely a place we see ourselves coming back to at our next Ormond Beach vacation. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in the condo. From the moment we arrived our children felt right at home and so did we. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and it helped out alot that the owners provided a cart to carry along the beach gear. This is a place we look forward to coming back to when visiting Ormond Beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

We spent a full month at this beautiful, neat and well organized condo. Everything we could possibly need was right there! Judy and Jark are gracious and responsive owners. We were fortunate to meet them while we were there. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again!

My family of five spent a week in this comfortable condominium across the road from the beach. The condominium was spacious and had all the amenities listed including beach towels and beach chairs. I can't think of anything the condo didn't have that we needed. The beach was great too because it was not over crowded and we had room to play. I would definetly rent this condo again.

The condo was very neat and clean and had just about everything we needed. It's also in a very convenient location too, in the middle of Flagler and Daytona. Beautiful beach view from the unit and don't worry about crossing A-1A to get to the beach; it's not bad at all, plus there is a street light at the crossing in case you want to visit the beach at night. There are miles and miles of well-kept sidewalks to run, walk, or bike and the neighborhoods are very nice too.The owners kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and provided exceptional customer service. Do visit Ponce's Inlet; they have a lighthouse that you can climb to the top and the inlet itself has a neat little beach. Also, make the trip to St. Augustine to visit the fort and the lighthouse there; the fort was featured on an episode of Ghost Adventures and is supposed to be haunted. If your looking for great outlet malls to visit, go to the Premium Outlets in Orlando; they are awesome! The outlet malls in St. Augustine are nice and the Volusia Mall has some neat stores too. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and we would love to stay here again. One last little note, Ormond Beach was never crowded, making it ideal to lay out in the sun without someone bothering you. Great, nice, clean, and convenient place to stay!

This condo was awesome. It was well stocked with every item you could possibly need. It was the clean and tidy and just felt like home. I had an ocean view which was awesome. The pool was beautiful and the people in the condo were just amazing and friendly. The owners (judy and Jark) were very helpful in answering all my questions when I had them and for that I thank them very much. I would definetly recommend this condo to anyone going to flordia. If I ever go back to flordia this would be the first place i would check out. Thanks a million

The whole idea of renting a vacation condo was totally new to us. Didn't know what to expect but after reading so many positive reviews we decided to give it a try. Judy and Jark the owners could not of been more helpful. I believe renting from the owner as verses a rental company is a big plus. To put it as simply as possible THEY CARE and go out of there way to make you feel at home. We wanted for nothing. This place is fully equipped with quality bedding and linens, and clean is the word. If you are thinking of a condo vacation in Ormond Beach this is it !! Just too many positives to list. Even on the first floor the ocean view was good and parking the car at the front door very convenient. No Regrets

From the minute you walk through the door, you feel like you're at home! This condo is very spacious, bright and airy and nicely appointed. It's extremely clean and organized. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spotless and the loaction is perfect. The balcony is large and allows for many hours of relaxation. There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and full sized ironing board. The kitchen is easy to work in and fully stocked! Beach equipment is available too, including beach towels. I LOVE the fact that this condo is located on the ground level. It's an outside corner condo which allows for a larger floorplan and the convenience of no stairs! You do need to walk across A1A though to access the beach. But we found this to be no trouble (even with a 5 year old) as we were there in a few minutes. There's a hose located right outside the condo too so you can wash off any sand you may have accumulated on your feet. I should also mention that even though this condo is located right next to A1A, it's very quiet. We enjoyed a couple new restraunts this time: Lagerheads in Ormond and Carribean Jacks in Daytona. Our regular favorites: Peach Valley Cafe in Ormond, Pagano's Pizzeria in South Daytona and High Tides in Flagler Beach. I appreciate the fact that Jark & Judy take good care of their condo and give such high level of customer service. I can't see myself and my family staying anyplace else. I highly recommend this condo!

What a great comfortable condo! This is the 2nd time in 4 years that we have stayed at your Condo. It makes you feel at home, all the comforts of home and everything you need is here. The condo is very clean, the beds comfortable. Love the book with all the info on the area. I was very lucky when just searching for a place to stay 5 years ago and found the web site to search for a vacation rental. This being on the 1st floor and across from the beach adds to the convience. And to boot great people to rent from, the owners make you feel welcome. Thank you for sharing your home

This is our second time staying at this condo. We absolutely love it!! It is by far the cleanest and well stocked place we have ever stayed! Judy is wonderful in answering your questions and going above and beyond to give you information about the area. The beach and condo are not crowded and it is a wonderful place for a family to stay! My family and I stayed in this condo from July 18-22. It is fully equipped in every aspect, from the kitchen, linens, full size washer/dryer and beach "stuff". We had a great time and loved the first floor location. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the afternoon after a day at the beach, it is shaded and a beautiful breeze. The condo is also very clean and spacious! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay here over the week of July 4th. It was everything promised and then some! The condo was clean, well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. The view is truly beautiful, and the ocean is so close, you can hear the waves as you fall asleep. I have rented condos in this area before, but I have NEVER seen one that was as well stocked- I felt like I was in my own kitchen! Thanks so much for a lovely vacation- we will definitely return in future!

Our family enjoyed a very relaxing and fun trip to Ormond By the Sea. I enjoyed the peace and quiet on the beach and the rest of the family really liked being close to so many attractions. The condo was very comfortable and had everything that you need and more like the items for the beach. We will definitely return if we visit the area again.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful beach Condo. It is tastefully decorated , clean, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of items for the beach are also provided especially beach towels. The beach is just across the road and is miles of beautiful sandy coastline. Every restaurant we chose we had good food but we especially like the Olive Gardan in Ormond Beach & Bubba Gumps in Daytona. While we were there we were fortunate enough to see the last launch of the space shuttle Endeavour, which was fantastic for us. We would definitely recommend this Condo to others it is a lovely place for a restful holiday.

It's been a wonderful holiday here in Ormond Beach, it is the second time we are on holiday in Florida, but this location direct by the ocean we have enjoy :-) We made a trip to Kennedy Space Center and Sea World and it is highly recommended, and in addition to this we have visited many of the good restaurants in the area, been to the beach every day. This condo was excellent! It was very nicely decorated, and the ocean view was beautiful. We loved how quiet the beach was, and how short the walk to it was. On a mid summer day I never saw more than 30 or 40 people within a 1/4 mile. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful!! It was stocked with everything that we would need and all of the extras were great! The kids loved all of the sand toys and the beach umbrellas! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed! Very private corner unit. I was a little worried about having to cross the road to get to the beach, but the road was not busy at all. Very short walk to the beach. The pool at the condo was also great! Very clean and most of the time we were the only ones in it! A wonderful week! We are already talking about going back next year! I just want to say thank you Judy. Letting us stay at your condo was a great vacation. We loved being on the first floor and a corner unit. It made things so easy and private. The condo was very clean and neat. There's an easy access to the beach and you had everything there we needed (umbrella, beach towels etc). We loved going to the beach every day. Most of all, we liked the privacy. The beach had few people. It was like we had the beach all to ourselves. And the beach fishing was good too. And there are plenty of restaurants and stores right down the road. We weren't far from anything. And we had no problem with parking. We could always park right in front. We haven't had a vacation out of Michigan in 17 years. And this one was GREAT! I hope we can continue coming back here every year. I would recommend this condo for all my relatives and friends and anyone who asks. Thanks so much Judy! Everything was wonderful. And I mean it!

The condo had a wonderful view and was one of the best "stocked" places we have ever rented! Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and complete in all respects. We would definitely come back. The Lau's were wonderful to work with. We enjoyed a relaxing beach week with good restaurants, stores, etc., nearby.

Drove down from Michigan for Spring Break with our 4 children (ages 4-11). This is the best location we have found in 5 years of coming to Florida :). Having the ocean so close was priceless! The rolling cart was incredibly helpful, as was the well stocked condo. We played games at night and took 2 mile walks each morning. Thanks so much for giving us such a nice vacation experience!

When we arrived it was like being home again When we saw the condo my mouth dropped open-This place is absolutly beautiful-I just could not believe the decor of the -very nicely decorated. Very comfortable and pleasantly furnished condo. We felt right at home. Easy access to the beach and with everything provided including the umbrella,beach towels, chairs, and cooler! We have rented other condos on the Gulf, we found this to be the nicest we've stayed.

Personal favorite (while there were many) - you have left enough space in kitchen especially for guests to put away food and such - making it much easier to function during our stay - It's always the little things that make or break a trip - this was one of our better ones.

The best vacation we have ever had in Florida. That's the way we describe our stay at your condo. Janie and I, both nurses needed a quiet relaxing vacation. Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach are both beautiful but so busy. Ormond by the Sea is just as beautiful but much more laid back and relaxing. The condo was beautiful and had everthing we needed for a great time. we hope to make this an annual event. Thanks again. Great vacation S and J Sebree, KY

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. We were impressed not just with the condo but also the beach and the uncrowdedness we felt around us. We felt like it was just our family. Loved it and hope to come back again.

Our family needed a time to spend together. We were scared about being across the street from the ocean with small children, but it was great! Loved the location of the condo (no stairs) and the beach was uncrowded. We hope to come back to this area again and again.

We felt right at home and enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Having lived in the area for 23 years, it was wonderful to find a new "home away from home". Thank you for all your special touches. We hope to return.

My family and I were looking for a place to go to spend a few days together. We spent a few days online researching hotels/condos to rent. We were skeptical to rent a condo, however my brother found this condo. After speaking to the owners, he was sold. We stayed for four days and we were utterly impressed. This condo is so perfectly clean and organized. We were so comfortable, we felt very at home. The location is just wonderful...nice to have a quiet beach ...almost to yourself. There is anything you could think of here. All you need is a toothbrush.

Thank you so much for letting us rent this spacious condo. It met all of our needs and more. The closeness to the beach was wonderful and very impressive on your part. All of the rooms in the condo were tastefully decorated. The condo had a very calm relaxing atmosphere that made this vacation perfect! We will surely recommend your condo to all of our friends and family.
