Sunny and bright, this home has four bedrooms and three and a half baths two family rooms -- each with a fireplace, a massive Dining Room with sitting alcove, Media/Theater room with large screen projection tv, wireless high speed internet and skylights throughout. The spacious Master BR has a king bed with ensuite bathroom, sitting area and workspace alcove. One guest BR on the second floor has two twins and the other a full sized bed. These both share a hall bath. The fourth bedroom with ensuite bath is privately situated at the opposite end of the home. This bedroom has two twins which can easily be combined to create a king if desired.
Additional guests may comfortably rest on two queen-size sleeper sofa beds (one in each of the family rooms).

The house has two outdoor bar-b-q grills (one an Oklahoma Joe's commercial size smoker and grill), indoor grill, and satellite projection screen TV.
