This luxury building has a 24 hour security doorman, private keyed elevator and 1 car parking space.

The unit has 2 Master bedrooms,(1 Eastern King bed and 1 Queen bed), the third bedroom has a twin bed and a bath across the hall, it has a formal living room, a TV room, formal dining and additional guest bathroom, modern kitchen, laundry facilities and living maid quarters with a private bathroom. Solid wood floors throughout and marble baths, accompanied this luxury unit.

This is a Non Smoker Unit. It comes with a high speed internet service, Sony w/windowsXP desk top computer, Home theater, 2 DVD players, stereo music, cable TV, 3 plasma + 1 conventional TV., At no extra fee we can arrange Airport pickup, and we offer (for and additional fee) 8 hours or full day living maid.

  • This apartment was amazing!!! Not only did it exceed our expectation, but we were travelling with two children and it was so child friendly. The owners kept in contact with us to make sure we were happy with everything and the woman who helped out in the house (for an additional fee) was an absolute angel! We will hopefully (based on your availability) be staying in this apartment every year!!

  • We were very pleased with this large and beautiful apartment. It is very, very comfortable, clean, and is in an excellent part of Lima. The kitchen had everything I needed to make our meals, even a blender to make fresh juices for my family. Will definetely use it again.

  • This is an absolutely beautiful and well-equipped apartment. Very modern kitchen, gorgeous views. Extremely quiet. We were very comfortable there. Very accessible to Lima restaurants and shopping. The doormen were also quite helpful arranging transportation. The owners were more than helpful with excellent restaurant/shopping suggestions which we really appreciated.
