Our home has been in the family since we built it. My wife and I have been allowing guests to experience and enjoy our home for over 5 years. Decorated with charm and always super clean. Newly remodeled bathroom with a bathtub and slab granite countertop. New deck furniture, new King mattress, and new furniture in the master bedroom and second bedroom. High definition television with TVs in all rooms. We hope to have you as guests at our one level oceanfront beach home. The view is truly stunning and you will have access to your own beach area.
With a refreshing absence of fast food chains, Yachats hosts many good restaurants and small gift shops. Golfing, whale watching, fishing, crabbing and clam digging are available. Nearby Florence features championship golfing at Sand Pines, sand dunes buggies and quaint Old Town shopping. Visit Newport’s Aquarium, enjoy the wine tasting festival, shop for treasures and eat fresh seafood on the Old Town waterfront.

Beach Access: Pathway to sandy beach in front of house. The house is only approximately 25 steps away from the ocean. There are not any houses between the ocean and our house. No freeway traffic can be heard from the house - only the sounds of the ocean.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Directions as follows: 8 miles south of Waldport, Oregon. We are on the ocean side of Highway 101. Take the 2nd right after the Silver Surf Motel. Our home is the fourth home on the left side of the road. The house is gray in color, with white trim, a red door, and custom made red adirondack chairs. You will leave our home recharged and ready to plan your return visit.

October 1-March 31....$125 per night except holidays(2 night minimum).
April 1-September 30....$150 per night (2 night minimum)
$150 Mandatory Damage Deposit required to hold dates.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival.
$75.00 cleaning fee and a 5% room tax.
Security deposit will not be returned for any damages or extra cleaning.
Rental is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days.
Holidays/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years $150 per night with a 5 night minimum

My husband (then boyfriend) and I went two years ago and haven't stopped talking about it since. If we hadn't gotten married last summer, we would have gone again. We are already thinking about next year's trip. Such a lovely home, with a great location, and wonderful proximity to a gorgeous beach. Photos are completely accurate, home was clean, and I would recommend this to any of my friends and family. We basically spent most of our trip exploring the town of Yachats, and venturing further north and south to local attractions.

We just returned from a five-day stay at this lovely home. It was comfortable & had just about everything you could possibly need. If we were to book a longer stay, the lack of laundry facilities would be the only drawback. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful, even on this holiday weekend. The 804 trail is spectacular, and the charming town of Yachats is always a pleasure to visit. We had lunch at the Drift Inn - definitely recommended. The fish tacos at Luna Sea were fabulous! The Underground pub has a great ocean view deck, friendly staff, decent beer selection. The beds were comfortable, the fireplace was a nice plus, and the decor is very tasteful. There are nice TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, but we didn't end up watching anything, because we were enjoying the beach, the sunsets, cooking nice meals, and just relaxing. This home is a bargain. We hope to return soon.

What a wonderful location! The home is so comfortable and cozy and a perfect spot for elderly people to walk to the beach with no stairs! It was very hard to leave! We hope that someday our children will be able to bring their kids to this place....it is perfect for the young and not so young! Thank you for sharing.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this home. The views are amazing, the home is beautifully decorated, the location is very private, the beds are super comfortable, the home is spotless, and the owner is very professional. The private beach in front of the home is lovely and there are tide pools teeming with life literally steps from the deck. Our family will be returning this fall to take advantage of all this home has to offer. I strongly recommend this home to couples or families.

Went with our two kids, ages 12 and 14. It was the perfect spot for a family vacation. We spent hours looking for shells, rocks, and sand dollars on the beach. The kids absolutely loved it! It was a nice house and a great location, I'm so glad we found it. Every morning, the first thing we all did was walk on the beach, which is very close to the house. And at night we watched the sunset over the ocean right from our deck! There were tide pools a few miles up the beach, and a place for finding agates on the beach. We saw sea lions sunny on the rocks, there too. Saw starfish and different animals in the tide pools, the kids loved that. When we were staying here, for two days there was a mother whale and baby whale straight out from the house, and we could watch their spray, and sometimes see their tails as they dove. You would think that would get boring, but it never did. It was amazing. This is a really good location, lots of little towns, just north and just south of here. Lots to do. We went horseback riding on the beach, did a dune buggy ride that was a riot, (the dunes are 20 miles away, if that-and quite beautiful). Florence is a fun town, lots of cute little shops and restaurants. The people in Yachats were super nice. All in all, a great family vacation spot, we loved the house!
