This lovely beach home has 3 bdrms/2 baths, sleeps 6 in an open floor plan with soaring ceilings, full kitchen with dishes/cookware/ glassware/utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc. The Master Bedroom and Great Room open to the private pool and whirlpool in an enclosed lanai. Amenities include central HVAC, WiFi, TV's, DVD's, washer/dryer, phone, towels, linens, blow dryer, beach towels, gas grill, pool toys, beach umbrellas/toys/chairs, portable coolers, bikes, and board games. The MB has a Queen bed, the other two bedrooms have trundle beds that open to Queen beds.
Our community offers a 9-hole practice golf course, pool room, tennis, jogging/bike paths, exercise rm, volleyball courts, shuffle board, and bocce ball courts along tree lined trails. These amenities are available free of charge. With all the conveniences of home, pack lightly and just bring yourself!

This is a beautifully presented villa on a lovely peaceful community, tastefully decorated and very clean and tidy, yet homely and comfortable too. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend this villa if you want a relaxing place to stay in the area. An easy drive to the beach or into Naples or Fort Myers, there is an excellent 'Publix' supermarket and a few other shops and takeaways only 3 minutes drive away also. We also arrived to find food and drink in the fridge and larder, which we were told to help ourselves to... Very welcoming.. This house is just lovely! The pool is fantastic- great size and perfectly clean. The house is very well equipped- the owners have thought of everything you might need. Location is great- beautiful Barefoot Beach nearby, plenty of shopping and a playground in Estero Park. We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this home in Estero. The location is great-- convenient to great restaurants and shopping as well as many golf courses. The house itself has been well taken care of--extremely clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated that the owners made available so many household supplies--spices, alum foil & baggies, kleenex, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. We would certainly rent again if we were planning to vacation in the Bonita Springs/Naples area.Owner response: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience during your stay at our home! What a fantastic get away. My friend and I went to this house for a long weekend and it was beautiful!!! It is immacuately maintained. It is near beautiful beaches, shops and restuarants. So, imagine that you live in New Jersey and it’s the middle of February, and the snow is up to your door knob and your cold and tired of the cold.....So, you book a weekend trip to Estero, Florida to bask in some warmth and re-charge your battery with some well deserved Vitamin D. Well, that’s exactly what I did last year. The winter of 2010-2011 in NJ took its toll on me. I desperately needed a get away! booked a weekend flight from Newark to Fort Myers. I landed in Fort Myers, rented a car and within 15 minutes I was pulling into this house in Estero. And what a lovely house it was! It was spacious and clean and best of all, close to the beach! I headed out to Barefoot Beach (about 15 minutes) that same day. I sat on the beach all day. Of course, I didn’t want to cook so after the beach, I headed to Coconut Point Mall where there were various restaurants to choose from. My routine that weekend was going to the beach and going out to dinner. There are some great restaurants and shopping n the area. I even drove up to Naples to hang out there. The house, itself, was homey and well-equipped. I got a good night sleep, a good shower in the morning and a cup of Joe. It was convenient for every thing that I needed. Needless to say, after my three days, I didn’t want to come back to New Jersey. But, I didn’t fret, for I know that just as winter is inevitable in NJ, my return to this welcoming, comfortable house in Estero is just as inevitable.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The owners have thought of everything in this pristine, extraordinarily well-maintained home. It's spacious, a great flow, clean, decorated for beauty and comfort. Amenities are clearly labeled, a well-stocked kitchen. We wanted for nothing! Comfortable beds, a wonderful relaxing pool. The owners are caring, the area is convenient and beautiful, the shopping is great and plenty of restaurants (chains and otherwise) to choose from. The best place we've stayed! I've already recommended this to friends and will continue to do so.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
