Shown here celebrating our daughter's wedding, we have loved Keystone since we were teenagers. We love sharing our second home with our guests, and hope you will enjoy our condo and enjoy your trip to Keystone.
Why the Owner Chose River Run, Springs
Keystone has so much offer. It starts with great skiing - a wide variety of terrain, the best grooming of any resort, and less-crowded slopes. River Run Village has entertainment almost every weekend, and the summer festivals are wonderful. Keystone also has great food - two five star restaurants, many other great choices, and again, you don't have to fight huge crowds for a table. Add great golfing, superb summer biking, lots to do for families, and its location with hiking, Lake Dillon, five other nearby ski resorts and outlet mall shopping. What more could you want in a summer resort?
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We bought at a time when many units were for sale, not just in Keystone, but in this building. We looked at dozens of units, in Breckenridge and in Keystone before buying. We considered different floors and different views, and decided to buy this unit. Why? Its location on the second floor of the building allows a great view, but you can get in and out of the unit without riding the elevators or running the stairs all day. The unit is also close to both the elevators and the stairway; some units in the building you walk a long hallway each time you come and go. It is just far enough from the village square to have peace and quiet, even when festivals are going on, but only a couple of minutes walk and you can be in the center of the party. The extra large living area, and third bedroom make the unit more comfortable for family getaways, and with each bedroom having its own bath, two couples can have a little more privacy than a standard unit.
