You’ll easily sleep six people with an enormous king size bed in the master, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats three. The well-equipped kitchen is sure to inspire fine culinary creations.
This condo is located on the first floor of living quarters above the four levels occupied by the fitness room, lobby, meeting rooms and parking.

Poor maintenance, Inaccurate listing of amenities

We stayed here Spring Break 2011.The listing showed a beachfront condo with large balcony. Grills listed in the amenities. The complex was due to completely close in 2 weeks for major renovations, this week it was nearly empty since the owners had been informed that they were painting the common areas and balconies as well as removing the grills. These owners did not feel the need to inform their renters of this fact. Although we rented 2 units with the idea of enjoying a balcony to look at the ocean and grilling out while we were there, this was impossible as our balcony was boarded shut by 10a on Monday after our 3p Sat arrival. We finally were allowed to open the doors late on Thurs. The grills were removed early Monday and never replaced. The rooms were overall dirty, and the sleeper sofa in 1 unit broken. I emailed the management company upon our return, they claimed that they thought the renovations should have been done by then. I felt that it was their job to be certain that the properties they owned and managed were in proper condition to be rented. It ended up being false advertising, as the amentities listed were not available to us.
