Location: Franklin, Smoky Mountains, North Carolina, USA (140mi.N of Atlanta,75mi. SW of Asheville, 3mi.E of Franklin)

This house is located minutes from downtown Franklin, with a wonderful view of the mountains.It is about a 35 minute drive to Cherokee and Harrah's Casino, Smokey Mountain National Park. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are about 45 minutes more. Another day could take you to Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. There are several float trips, and white water rafting.And of course the gem mines.

This house has 3 bedrooms, one with a king sized bed,another with two twins, the third has a queen sized bed, and the half bath.The living room has a wood burning fireplace,large picture window to see the beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen has stove, microwave, dishwasher, tile counter tops. The front of the house has a full sized screened-in porch to watch the sun set, or enjoy the cool evening breezes. Also a large deck to soak up the sun.

Also a large two car garage. Fenced in yard area for small pet. Central Air Conditioning and Heat.
