King-Size Bedroom, Queen-Size Bedroom, and a room with four bunkbeds for the kids! Each unit has two TV's with Cable, fully outfitted kitchens with appliances, and nice family rooms with leather sofas, and washer and dryer in garage. Garage parking for one car with each unit. Rent one unit or both and bring the whole family.
Tree shaded patio in the front of the house with picket fenced grass area to sit and watch the kids play. Steps to the sand and a fun but manageable shore break at Forty-Ninth Street. Linens can be rented from a service and all you need is a swimsuit and your beach sand toys!

Each has 3 bd rms (one bd rm with bunk beds for the kids) and 2 baths and nicely furnished. Garage with one space per unit with washer/dryer.
