The kitchen has a microwave; double-oven; garbage disposal; dishwasher; pantry; and butcher-block kitchen trestle-table.
The third level has a master bedroom with King-size bed; a bathroom with shower and a large loft area with game table, study/reading desk, TV with cable, second VCR and a trundle bed. This home has a no pets, no smoking policy.
The home is in walking distance to Paige Meadows wilderness area. Cross country ski, hike or mountain bike out the back door. You’ll be nine miles to Squaw, seven miles to Alpine, four miles to Homewood. Summer guests will enjoy easy access to Lake Tahoe beaches, Sunnyside Resort, as well as a sunny deck and barbecue area at the house.
The home is located in a developed sub-division called the Talmont area. After turning off Highway. 89, the climb into this area is a 12% grade.
