This bright and sunny three bedroom, two bath home offers all the amenities in a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has an adjoining dining area. The great room which opens to the lanai/pool area has cable TV, DVD player, and stereo system.

The master bedroom has an en suite bath. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has twin beds. The queen guest bedroom has an entrance to the second bath as well as a beautiful view of the sixty foot wide manicured canal.

The lanai/pool area is accessible not only from the great room but also from the kitchen and master bedroom.
The lanai is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sight of Florida's blue and white herons, as well as many other species of birds. If you're an early riser, take your coffee or tea onto the lanai and enjoy one of this area's stunning sunrises.
